DO NOT TRUST TAX NETWORK USA — YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

I rarely leave reviews, but what Tax Network USA put me through demands to be exposed.

I hired this company to handle a state tax issue, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. I was never given direct access to the Power of Attorney who was supposedly representing me. Every time I raised concerns about time zone issues (I’m in Massachusetts, they’re in California), I was dismissed and threatened with having my case dropped for simply expecting them to do their job.

The agent from the state, Mr. Newell, told me he couldn’t reach anyone at Tax Network USA during morning hours and would get voicemail messages late in the day, long after state offices in Massachusetts had closed. I lost weeks of time because of this blatant disregard for scheduling and communication.

Meanwhile, I was forced to spend over $3,000 in rental cars because my driver’s license and vehicle registrations were suspended issues that could have been resolved in a single phone call if this company had done the bare minimum. When I finally spoke to the state directly (something Tax Network USA said would breach my contract), they handled everything in five minutes. That’s right, five minutes. License reinstated. Vehicles back on the road.

They lied, delayed, and manipulated me to keep billing another month. I emailed, called, and asked for case updates, silence. I demanded my documents, ignored. This company is a disgrace.

Tax Network USA should not be allowed to handle sensitive matters involving people’s finances and lives. Their negligence, dishonesty, and lack of basic human decency is shameful.

I am pursuing legal action and will continue warning others about what happened to me. Stay far away.

Getting ahold of a tax Network USA was truly one of the best decisions I have made. I had been under the impression that I would a significant sum of money for multiple years. However, after consulting with one of the members there, they informed me I qualified for a program that would not only be significantly less than I had previously thought, but I was able to make much smaller payments over a planned interval. Times are tough, and this could have been a better solution than the dread I had going into my resolution.

In addition to helping me with my debt that I had accrued, Ava Jones (a specialist who informed me of other services - incredibly helpful and nice!) I will now be going forward with Tax Network USA for all of my ensuing tax obligations. I cannot stress the ease, comprehensive actions, and professional demeanor with which I encountered here. I will be telling multiple people that I know are dealing with a similar scenario.

Hired tax net to help me with a garnishment and I owed 30k+. Having worked with a few tax companies before I was pretty concerned but they ended up helping me a ton. They got the garnishment removed in a couple days and protected me throughout. They were able to work out a $100 per month payment plan which I didn't think was possible. Now I just have to make sure to not get into a mess like this before. They're appt based so I was happy I could schedule appt and speak with my case worker when I needed. I had a great experience couldn't ask for more and these guys really exceeded my expectations. Anyone who needs help like this these really are the guys. Thanks everyone at tax network!!

These people are truly tigers in the industry. Where there hiccups along the way?Yes....But they were persistent to obtain the position I needed to be in and finally, after years of stressing over this issue, my family now can live normally without that fear. Thank you Tax Network USA

Do not do business with this company. Their plan consist of having you fill out forms, waiting, not returning any calls or emails and wasting your money/time for no results. I paid six thousand for help. They produced ONE document to show their work which was a useless POA for some imaginary people who do not work for them (I checked). They only responded after I posted to BBB. That should tell you something. They advertise a ton, use boiler room sales, making empty promises and 6 months later...zero. Don't do it. Hire a lawyer or do it yourself.

Tax Network USA replied with contact information to resolve my complaint. I decided to use email that was provided and they didn’t even respond.

They didn't do anything that they promised. they didn't negotiate to lower my debt. they didn't keep me informed on what was going on. When I had not received my return, they just gave me the number to call the IRS.

They did nothing to help resolve my IRS situation. They do not communicate at all. This is the worst, people are anxious, scared, worried about their IRS situation and TNUSA comes and makes people think they can resolve or help and nothing gets done. Took my money and did nothing. I received a letter from the IRS saying I have a payment plan. Gee, I could have set that up myself. They tell you they can reduce the amount due, but they can't, at least not in my case. And I think they know when they can and can't help, but they sell to everyone, even if they can't help. I used them because they were endorsed by a pundit I follow, but I got shafted. Won't do that again.

Terrible terrible terrible.

They told me I was “red flagged” by the irs and pressured me to pay them $3,000 within 24 hours or I was on my own. Thank god I arranged two payments with Amex and canceled the 2nd. Once they got their initial payment they told me they need $30,000 to handle my case after review. I told them I was homeless and poor but maintained good credit. They sent me to their “in house” finance guy who took my information and tried to finance me but i only have a PO Box and the lender refused the loan. They told me not to worry and that they won’t “let me down”. Needless to say they did. I tried to contact them and nobody got back to me other than an email telling me to “read my contract”. A few weeks later they sent me a bunch of tax returns to sign which had zero input by me with a letter telling me they had completed their work! These people are terrible. Don’t do business with tax network USA. I hired another company that seems more legit but starting to get the sinking feeling the whole industry is full of promises only to get your money!

I contacted Tax Network USA regarding a big tax issue I couldn’t deal with. IRS was threatening to seize my assets and or garnish my wages. Tax Network USA stopped the IRS’s aggression towards me and got me into a program I didn’t even know I qualified for. I highly recommend tax Network USA for any tax issues you are experiencing and again, thank you TAX Network USA.

After my world wide Tax accounting firm gave up and after my multinational Employer gave up, Tax Network USA guided me through the complexities of the Illinois Department of Revenue bureaucracy. Did Not File (DNF) tax compliance research kicked off a series of clues that unraveled the real reason behind State of Illinois collection threats leading to garnishement of my wages for unpaid taxes in a state in which I never lived, worked, owned property, or conducted business. Advice like "Private tax collectors cannot take actions against taxpayers." settled my nerves during years of nasty collection notices from a number of companies invoked by Illinois. The journey was not easy. Yesterday, instead of paying $17,631.42 to Harvard Collection agency, the wrongful garnishement money, with interest, was returned by the State of Illinois. My multinational employer agreed to reimburse 100% of the professional legal fees. I could never have reached this conclusion without the professional legal team at Tax Network USA!

I was totally happy with result that I got with using TNUSA. I got the outcome that I wanted/needed and would use them again in the future if needed.
