Terrible all the way through, don’t trust this company. They had a good salesman that told me they would resolve my tax debt and get me current on my returns. They wanted more money during the process and could not answer any questions I had pertaining to my tax returns and rarely got back to me I would have to be persistent in following up to get a response and after 6 months nothing is resolved and my returns are still not filed. This feels like a scam and I’m super disappointed in Tax Network USA.

It was a pleasure working with Tax Network USA. They were all professional, courteous and helpful. They got right to the point that the taxes I owed would be reduced. All relevant paperwork was sent to me promptly. They ensured a smooth and simple process. I'm extremely pleased and highly recommend them.

Tax Network USA is the BEST! We finally got our tax refund because Tax Network USA did the work for us. You cannot go wrong using their amazing service! You will be glad you did. Great experience my case was handled in a Timely manner and followed up every step of the way

I made an error on my tax return back in 2018 and started receiving letter after letter from the IRS on a monthly basis beginning in 2020 (During Covid). This was a challenging time as I wasn't able to work nearly as much during COVID and the IRS was claiming I owed over $10K. I continued to ignore the letters hoping it would resolve itself. Finally after receiving dozens of letters from the IRS, i was notified i was sent to Collections. After realizing the severity of this i determined i need professional help to handle this, especially considering i had racked up an additional $5k in penalty fees and interest. I reached out to Tax Network USA and they immediately started working to resolve my issues.
My experience with the TAX Network USA team was good, the attorney hired to my case was great to work with and my outstanding issues were resolved and the IRS pulled my amount owed back from Collections. Tax Network USA was successfully able to remove all penalty costs incurred. They were able to set me up with a payment plan with the IRS and a huge load of stress was gone.

In the event I ever have tax issues in the future, I will definitely contact Tax Network USA and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in the future.

Fantastic experience! Anyone that has a tax problem goes into at least a slight panic, myself included. I reached out to TN USA because of the good things I heard about them. They went above and beyond my expectations. Most service companies are good at marketing and getting you signed up. They make a good first impression, then the communication and customer service falls off a cliff. NOT with TN USA. I called them many times and every single person I spoke to, from the initial reps to the upper level managers to case managers, ALL were attentive and followed through on whatever the issue was at that moment. I have 30 years experience in customer service and TN USA is a diamond in the rough. Highly recommended.

The hardest part about working with TNUSA was getting my documents together. Their team was very helpful and persistent. They kept me focused and resolved what was a very stressful surprise for our family.

Tax Network USA saved my sanity. They kept up with me when all my work was wrong, they coached me, and later when the IRS tried to get in touch with me, Tax Network had already taken care of the matter.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Tax Network. They helped me resolve my Tax issues.

I had very bad experience with this company.. There are very disorganized and untrustworthy.. They made me get a warrant from the state with out notice recently of $888.00 and after all the back and forth with them in the past dealing with IRS confusion tax bills..They told me to go on the IRS sight to start a payment plan for another tax bill of $1,925.00 I called them back to get info about a Tax form Examined and Tax Period Examined which they examined, so I can proceed with the IRS website for the payment plan, but the person who was helping was not to smart and the morons who responded and told me the case is closed, so we can’t do nothing about it.. What a nightmare with this company.. Beware.!!!!

After a smooth-talking salesperson got me to sign on, I was told to submit information so a new tax return could be processed. They *did* do that, but after I signed and returned the document, they failed to submit it to NYS Dept of Finance. I only found this out when I received yet another notice from said department. I sent an urgent message requesting a phone call that never came. I decided to work with the State directly and set up a payment plan that is going to take me years to pay off with interest still accruing. Do *not* use this company.

They had a good salesman who turned me over to an account mgr. who after one meeting, missed the next one without notice and now wont respond to calls or emails. When I called the main number on the website they treated me like a new caller even after I told them I was a customer. They could not get anyone to take my call and never called back. Anyone know Kevin Sorbo's #?

I received very poor customer service by receiving little to no communication from Tax Network USA. Every time I would try contacting them for my information I would get the runaround or transfered to someone else who was unhelpful. I would never recommend this company!
