The BEST Dark Chocolate
I am so happy I discovered To'ak Chocolate. I have the Everyday Cacao, the Classic Drinking Chocolate and the mini bar, from which I have ordered a full bar or two. It's just the best dark chocolate ever. Can't wait to try the aged chocolate. AND: their customer service is awesome. In an incredibly difficult year, To'ak has definitely made things brighter.

Disappointed
I bought these for Holiday presents and opted for the gift wrap. I assumed that the gift wrapping would be very nice. They were wrapped haphazardly like a child did it and the tape wasn't even sticking.

Quick and perfect service in every sense
My order arrived within three days from Ecuador to Zürich, Switzerland! And the Chocolates were perfectly wrapped and boxed, with a cold pack included. The Chocolates itselves taste heavenly fine. I don't regret the pretty expensive products and next year I'll order again as presents...

Perfect delivery
Perfect delivery. I had a small issue during ordering, but within 1 day the issue was resolved. After ordering I could track my chocolate via the route app and in just a few days it was delivered.

Another easy online purchase.
The request for a review was perhaps a little early as I only made the order a couple of days ago. I filled my basket and am unsure whether perhaps logging in first may have prevented me from entering all of my delivery details again. I will know better the next time that I made an order. Other than this point I would have given 5 stars. I am surprised that i did not seem able to log on to my account after I started to shop........perhaps i was and just could not work out how to do this!

I address you and the entire team of To'ak Chocolate,
Your decision and consequent action to cover the outrageous excessive bureaucratic costs (€ 182 or 102% of the value of the product) from the Greek customs to the final recipient, exceeds all internal procedures and regulations of the company.
The corporate regulations and procedures limited our commercial relationship until that moment, which was already excellent, since you responded immediately to my order and it was sent in time to my good friend for her birthday.
The subsequent decision to charge the company a cost of up to 102% of the value of the product is a result of the emotional intelligence of people with exceptional spirit and values.
When I rationally analyzed the solutions I had to overcome the impasse I could never include this one in my choices, because it goes beyond the limits of corporate generosity.
For your thinking therefore, your following decision and your energy, I owe a big thank you, not because we will eventually enjoy your excellent product, but because you have given us a lesson of generosity and wit, rare for our time.

The chocolate is good, but not enough to support its price
The chocolate is good enough, but I feel duped for paying so much for so little.
Supply and demand may be dictating these prices, but I don't think the chocolate is good enough that I'll be back for more.
The packaging is truly beautiful.
If you've got money burning a hole in your pocket and like to give exotic foods to try, I can think of worse ways to ease your burden.
Not recommended based on price alone.
