John guided me to select my favorites. He is the best!

The clothes are nice but the shipping is unreliable. I pay for 3 day delivery and it takes 4. Its one day, but I am paying for THREE day delivery- NOT FOUR. I purchase from Ralph Lauren all the time, and when I pay extra for 3 day delivery it is here in three days. TS, if you want anymore of my business, figure it out.

Bought an alpaca coat for my husband right after the holidays. It arrived in great shape, excellent quality. It's my husband's new favorite coat and we get tons of compliments on it.

Great experience with TS on multiple orders. I constantly get compliments on when wearing any TS items (from suits to sweater polos) and was surprised at how quickly any order arrived. Breadth of style and collabs were appreciated and exciting to see.

Great experience, bought a heavy white t, a cool embroidered button down, and some linen shorts. Been rocking all my gear and loving it. Todd Snyder is awesome I wish someone told me about them sooner

I got a few things to refresh my work clothes and have gotten so many compliments. I was blown away by how quickly I got my items, I ordered Sunday night and they were at my door Tuesday!

Bought 5 chinos, two overshirts. Within one month of wear, the main button on one chino ripped out, a belt loop ripped off of another pair, and the cuff button broke in half on one of the shirts. I will never buy clothes from Todd Snyder again. Bummer - fit and design were great.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company due to my extremely disappointing experience. I ordered two watches from their website, but only received one— which was defective. To make matters worse, the second watch was completely missing, and they had only sent me an empty watch box.
When I contacted their customer service to resolve the issue, they refused to take responsibility, insisting that they inspect all items before shipping. Instead of offering a solution, they told me to dispute the charge with my bank. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist customers is completely unacceptable.
Unfortunately, I failed to research their reputation beforehand, but after looking them up, I found numerous complaints, including poor ratings with the BBB that they seem to ignore.
If you value good customer service and reliable transactions, I highly recommend shopping elsewhere to avoid the frustration I experienced.

I bought the Kanata/Todd Snyder collab and the quality is beautiful. Fast shipping and great quality items. I look forward to seeing what next years piece will be

I ordered a cashmere sweater for a Christmas gift ($348). It came with a tag on it for $298. When I complained they gave me a price match??? and directly below were the same sweaters for $348. After jumping through hoops to get a phone number I was directed to a ‘concierge’ email address to request the refund. It wasn’t a price match, they’re selling the same sweaters for different prices. The cashmere from China was also thin and not great quality. I’m done with Todd Snyder which is an overpriced wanna be, owned by American Eagle.

The style is good. The buck stops there. The fabrics used pill easily - they don’t wear well. One wash and the item is ruined. Do not recommend based on poor durability. The company does not own its product quality.

Thank you for the reply. I accepted the store credit begrudgingly due to TS’s decision that despite caring for the garment according to the label and it being destroyed did not warrant a refund.

I never used the store credit because as stated above, the quality is poor and I don’t recommend it.

Complete fraud - buyer beware!! Clothes are very poor quality and nothing like shown on models in their site. They lack the same cut and style as on the models. Despite the guarantee that you can return any item purchased between Nov 20 and Dec 31 - they will not accept returns on most items. Reporting to better business bureau as well. Do not fall for this scam.

Update - Todd Snyder did give me a store credit for the shirt! I purchased a shirt from Todd Snyder and only wore it 3 times. I washed it according to the instructions and allowed the shirt to dry laying flat. Within 3 washes, the seams in the sleeve came apart.

Ordered a $1200 suit and got sent a pair of converse instead. When I reached out to customer service, was told my original purchase is now sold out.

Extremely disappointed and annoyed with this situation. Really expected better

I like the design of the Todd Snyder clothes. Seems a little overpriced for the quality you get. But many brands have that problem. The crazy thing is their shipping and return process. It takes forever to receive the product. The return is even crazier. It takes at least a full week, if not longer until it arrives in their warehouse. Then the warehouse takes 10 (!!!) business days to process the return and then obviously the industry standard of 5-7 business days until the customer receives the refund on their credit card. Given the appearance of a luxury brand, this is absolutely inacceptable. Even if I like the design, I can't continue buying this brand.

Do not order your clothing via this website. I received a completely wrong order (wrong size, color, model...) and now have to pay high return costs. Normally I never write a review, but now I will make the effort and warn you: do not order from this website!

Have placed three orders for items from Todd Snyder. They only got one of those orders right. Also, if Todd Snyder were a real premium or luxury brand, the staff at the retail locations would not refuse to assist with returns.

I recently ordered a pair of shorts for 178.When I received them they were to large..I went on line and tried to follow the steps for exchange which were not clear at all.I shipped them back 7 days ago and are receiving them today..Wanted to just exchange for a different size but can’t because I was to I just returned them and didn’t ask for a exchange.Although the instructions for exchange were not clear I was told it would be 12 days after they received the shorts before I get my refund..I asked if the could somehow just exchange for the correct size and was told nothing they could do..My thinking is for a high end clothing line the customer service would be better considering the price of their clothes..So this point on I will not be ordering anything from them w..

I have made at least 10 purchases over the last 2 years and while they are a bit pricy I watch for the sale on items I want. I have never had delivery, quality or missing items. I've made returns with no problem. Quality is above Macy's, Dillards, Nordstrom rack and Saks off 5th.

Ordered a number of different items. Five large items — two jackets, two sweaters and a hoodie — with a value of more than $1500 never arrived. I advised Tood Snyder of the issue and the response was we looked into it and the items were shipped. They refused to deal with it and told me to call the credit card company. Unbelievable. I paid over $1500 for merchandise I never received and Todd Snyder won’t stand behind it. It feels like theft.
