How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
Shame they dont have a minus star rating. Website says items are cashmere and I received polyester. The "sob story"is made up and designed to fool buyers into thinking that they are helping someone in need by buying the item. They refuse to refund the items as they insist that their return policy says the goods must be returned at the buyers expense. Just very dishonest. Would NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. DONT GET CAUGHT.
