Where do I begin? I am SO incredibly grateful for everybody at Tomm. Firstly, the bracelet i purchased is beautiful. So well made and of a perfect quality. I had a bit of a panic with the sizing but the TOMM team were quick to calm me down and sent me a resized bracelet, with the promise that they'd help in whatever way they could, even if the new bracelet was a tad too big. It turned out to be perfect and just what i was after. The customer support team are second to none and helped a girl in a moment of crisis! What a beautiful product and team xx

A fantastic company, would recommend 100%. Gorgeous silver bracelets (I now have 6 of these). They are great value for money, come beautifully packaged and arrive promptly. An added bonus this time was that some lovely heart shaped earrings came included with my order. Absolutely fabulous!

Absolutely stunning necklace & bracelet love them and the customer service is more than 5* as I forgot to order the free earrings that they were offering when ordering this set. I contacted customer service and they were very happy to help me and added it to my order, already seen my next product but have sent it to my husband for my birthday in April, keep up the amazing work 😍😍

The Black Friday Sale saved my life and I was able to purchase them for our day! The team were amazing when I asked if I could change my free gift from the necklace to earrings (nothing against it, just wouldn't get worn)! I’ve been buying a few things from Tomm for a little while now, mainly for friend’s birthdays. So decided to finally treat myself. Once again they did not disappoint!! Beautiful, delicate pieces of jewellery. I bought rings, because of the sizing of Small, medium or large it’s easy to buy rings for other people without needing their exact ring size.
The attention to detail is perfect not only in the design of the jewellery but also in the packaging it comes in. Pretty inside & out!!

I can't recommend this lovely business enough, I recently had a little problem so contacted customer support. They not only sorted the problem, but did it all within a few days.
