Great value-for-money plus free…
Great value-for-money plus free shipping - an easy on-line transaction. This is the 3rd upholstered bed or bed frame I have purchased. New fabrics (eg Velvet) or colors to the range would be a welcome addition Tommy Swissf, as a number of online retailers are offering the same product now. Overall, very happy with product.

We love the bedhead and it looks…
We love the bedhead and it looks fantastic in my daughters bedroom.
It looks lovely with all the new quilts and cushions, the bed head is the icing on the cake.
It arrived early, and the courier kept in contact with me, with SMS to let me know how far he was, which I found to be great, as I have a disability I felt more comfortable knowing when he was arriving so I could call my husband, 10 mins. before the courier( Hunter) arrived.
Thank you for a great product at a great price.

They use Hunter Express to deliver in NSW
Ordered something to NSW. They used Hunter Express (who are appalling), and when I never received the package, said it was my fault and suggested they would charge me $50 to 'cancel the order'.
They've closed my ticket and haven't responded to my emails. Horrendous company using a horrendous delivery service.

Hi Natalie, thank you for leaving a review. Your ticket has been escalated already and we are in the process of resolving it. We apologise for the experience and as you know from our emails we never state that customers are at fault. Our customer service agent noted that on the courier tracking page there was a delivery attempt on the 12 November, and no one was at home, and a further delivery attempt on 21 November which was refused by the receiver. We are investigating this with the courier and would really like to resolve this together :)
Great mattress
Great mattress to sleep on, very comfy. Only issue is that it is very very heavy to lift to tuck in sheets, Doona's etc. Can only lift the top and bottom edges to tuck in coverings, the rest just have to hang out. Maybe if it had handles on the sides it would make it a bit easier to lift, but as is, the mattress is extremely heavy.
