I only checked one star so I can write the review. Didn't receive my Fingerlings Monkeys either. Ordered 9/14. Money came out 9/15. Here it is Nov. My grandkids will be so disappointed.

Pretty sure this is a scam company. I waited the appropriate time for the fingerlings I ordered, then contacted the company via email. They did respond with an apology and a promise that in 14 days they wold ship the product. It is long past that and they no longer reply to my emails

This company is a scam! They took our money and time from is when we wanted to buy the fingering monkey . I placed my order September 26th , over a month nothing! So i emailed them 3 times got no response , no phone number either. It's horrible and disgusting people would do this to others.

horrible experience. same as everyone else.. ordered my monkey for my granddaughter on 9/16. initial email said allow 3-5 days for processing and up to 15 business days for delivery, not sure what calendar they're using but according to mine, we should have our item by now. not sure how to get my money back since I used a debit card ;( I am now getting emails for tracking my order. It was apparently shipped on 11/3 .. it's now 11/15 and I haven't seen it.. the worst part is the tracking info is in Chinese.. doesn't help since I can't read Chinese.
Unacceptable business practice.
I contacted them after waiting the 15 - 20 days for shipping via email and their response from " May" at tommorrowstuff stated they are on back order. Wanted to give me a 15% credit if I waited till end of month 10/31/2017. I replied and stated if no guarantee they will ship by end of month to please refund my $. Never heard from them again. Contacted via email again on 10/31/2017. No response. Today I notified my Credit Card Company and requested a full refund as product was never received. Thank you Capital One. Problem solved.

I ordered 2 finger monkeys. I have contacted them several times. They keep making excuses as to why I have yet to receive my product.
I have tried to turn them into Facebook for being a scam. All I can do on Facebook is block the site.
I am going to report them to the FBI Syber crimes unit.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I order those darn monkeys for my kids and it is now over a month later and i have received nothing. The site is canadian based and I'm charged USD? I have 3 unanswered emails and countless disconnected phone calls. I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company.

We did not receive our order as well on the finger monkeys. We contacted PayPal and made a fraud claim. PayPal was very helpful and will be refunding the money as early as today the latest date being November 8th.

I ordered two of the fingerling monkeys on 9/18/17. My card was charged right away, but I still have not received my order. Does anyone know how to dispute the charge? Do I go to paypal or to my bank? Please do not believe the ads or order from this company! I had my doubts, now I feel dumb for ordering.

Placed and order on Sept 12th, CC charged that day. Product I ordered has still not arrived. Its Oct 24th. I have contacted customer service with no response. I would not ever buy from this company again. Tomorrow I contact the credit card company to start a dispute.
