Very accommodating when I had to request a different size

Highly recommend! Purchased 3 polo shirts, when arrived they were too small, contacted them, they shipped the next size up, they fit and extremely happy with their quality and service, you only know how good a company is when there is an issue, happy customer thank you

Return bc you received the wrong size? Nope! Fees for return shipping and more fees for restocking!
Stay away from this company.

Total scam, ordered and never received.
The shipping information shows the package has not moved in weeks and no answer from customer support.

Half the comments talk about never receiving the product, while other half is about receiving a poor quality product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Total scam never received my order. Took my payment and never responded. I wish I could give them a zero but no option. Stay far away from these people. Hopefully karma will get to them.

I did not want to give any stars for this service...
I bought a polo shirt for my partner.
The polo top was very thin fabric and the size was extremely small.
They make it very difficult to return items taking several emails and photographs of tags ,item and bag .
Then you only get 50% refund or exchange or gift card .
Never again would i use Tomralph

It took a long time to get my shirts from the time I ordered. When they came, I wasn’t satisfied with the quality and the size was too small. I reached out to customer service and they told me that I had to pay a fee plus shipping to send the old ones back if I wanted to refund. The fee was pretty substantial. I definitely would never recommend this business for somebody to buy clothing.

Great customer service . Getting product takes some time but it does arrive. I usually wear large in polo shirts. I had to order xx size to mail it work.

Ordered a devante polo and it arrived 15 days later (UK) - in line with there dispatch times on the website

Your website advertises easy returns. I’d like to say this process has been anything but the opposite. The return process has been exhaustive and insures I will never purchase anything again. It’s been several email exchanges just to get return instructions. I’ve had to send you photo evidence to get an address where I can return the merchandise and you’re holding my refund hostage until you “will conduct a thorough inspection and process your request for refund” upon receiving my returned item. I don’t know if in your opinion this constitutes the “easy return“ you so advertise, but in my experience working with other companies, this does not satisfy an easy return from a customer experience.

No contact. Took my money, £28 NOT $28 as advertised, did not send a receipt only a reminder I had something in my cart.

Contacted by support form and email. No response. I'm thinking total scammers?!

Won't return my messages to return my shirt. They are a scam company, do not use!

Order still had not shipped in over 9 days. I requested multiple times that they canel it. They made excuses that it was "challenging" to do so. 11 days after I palced the order and after having attempted to cancel it since day 7, now their excuse is that they cant cancel it because it shipped. What about the almost week were it had not shipped??

Oh and Tomralph.us? Everything is made and shipped from China, so expecting this not to fit.

Wish I would have read some of these reviews prior to purchasing. Quality of the product is very poor. The shirt fabric is virtually see-through and unfortunately has a very chemical smell. Ultimately I believe the company sends a poor quality product and then creates a complicated return process to compel customers to just take a reduced refund that likely more than covers their cost for a very substandard product. Do not recommend purchasing any of these products.

I came across this company on Pinterest and thought their web page on clothing looked good.
I bought three items one off which when arrived was too short. I sent a message to the customer service and they quickly offered me a replacement which I accepted.
The quality, the service and the price is excellent, I honestly can't praise this company enough. Excellent value for money with added after service. Five star rating.

Shirts run small. Rheb in customer service was quick to assist and correct size on the way. Very responsive. Good quality product, just sizing way off.

Their "hassle free returns" are nonsense. There's no way to get a full refund. You have to pay for the freight back to China and then pay a restocking fee.
