My garage door cable snapped unexpectedly and I got a booking with Toms Garage Doors the very same day. A very helpful young lady answered the call, took my details and informed me later when the engineer would be arriving. He was polite and helpful so I'm happy to recommend them.

Excellent prompt service. Left message in morning, had a reply for same day pm appointment, then further call saying could fix in one hour. Engineer came and all sorted with the quote and job completed within 30 mins.

Good customer service on phone booked an appointment for the following day. Man turned up on time. Checked the door told me what he was going to do and then called the office. The office then called me with a quote for the job which I accepted immediately. Work was approved and the engineer did the work quickly and efficiently explained what he had done and demonstrated the door working properly. V good service all round
