Amazing

Amazing. My fob wasn’t working. And I also ordered the wrong fob with the wrong board. The customer service is A1! I’m a business owner of 9 different businesses and Toms keys put my team and I to shame with how fast they helped and responded. I really appreciate yall! Ty.

A Favorable 5-star review

Tom's Key sent my purchase promptly, packaged securely, at a price competitive to the dealership. I was able to program my Master key from the Valet key, which was all I was given with the purchase of the used vehicle.
It took me 4 -5 tries to program, as the step-by-step web page seems to be written for a smartphone format, where you could flip thru pages quickly. I had to copy each page and print it out on paper, and refer to those pages as I went thru the formatting procedure. The 15 second time limit beat me several times and I had to start over, but I was able to finally get it right.
If I had any criticism, it would be that a .PDF download of the procedure would be helpful for those of us without smartphones (or those with tiny screens).
Tom' Key agent, Shermalyn, was most helpful in answering the questions I had, and was extremely pleasant and patient with my concerns.
I have no qualms about recommending this product, vendor, and support staff.

Toms keys experience

They offer a cheaper way to get keys and fobs for your vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle that came with only one key. I purchased a key and programmer plus an additional key. Took photos of they key I had , and they used it to cut the keys I purchased. I was skeptical but did it.. got all of it in the mail pretty quick for living in Alaska. Took maybe 5 min to program both keys and they work like factory. Had one little hick-up but it was me, not what I received. One quick email with a question and within a few minutes had two replies.. my problem solved. Definitely will use them for any other keys or fobs I need..

I have ordered from Tom’s Key multiple…

I have ordered from Tom’s Key multiple times. I had just missed the labor day sale dealine due to being out of the country at the time. Got back, made an order, and sent an email to explain the situation and ask if I could get the labor day discount. They agreed, and all is still well. Appreciate Tom’s Key for us DIY’ers out there!

When I lost my master smart key for my…

When I lost my master smart key for my Toyota, was left with one aftermarket fob that was unusable for making a copy, I gave Tom's a try. I bought two virginized OEM fobs on ebay and performed a smart key reset using their TSL-2 and the supplied phone app. Worked flawlessly. Had I gone the DIY with Techstream route, I would have needed to obtain a seed code online. It would cost less overall if you already have the bootleg Techstream, but not worth the hassle. Tom's programmer is quick and easy to use, and you have the option to just buy the TSL-2 instead of renting. Overall, costs a lot less than going through a locksmith and certainly through the dealership. Customer service was super helpful throughout the process and replied quickly to emails. Would recommend.

Great experience

Mariah answered all my questions in a very timely manner. I had several questions and concerns and all were addressed in minutes not hours. If the fob works, I would highly recommend Tom’s Key.

Wow! I’m SO impressed with Tom’s Key Co!

From start to finish, the experience has been worthy of 5 stars. The replacement fob arrived several days early. I was able to easily program it on the first try. I’m SO happy to have my fob in working order and had forgotten how valuable all those buttons for the auto-open side doors and back hatch are for a busy mom whose hands are always full! I didn’t realize I would be receiving an extra key pad to insert into my non-working fob, which just makes me love this company even more!

I’m impressed

I’m impressed. Between the how-to videos and easy-to-read instructions, I had the problem resolved in less than 15 minutes. No $300 @dealerdhip. Back in biz with a new key for Dodge Ram - $200 in savings my pocket to. So glad I found you guys. Great website too. Found what I needed right away. 5++ stars. Thank you.

Won’t program Nissan intelligent key

The key programmer did not program my 2007 Nissan murano with intelligent keyless entry and keyless start. They did say they would refund my money after sending the product back.

The process was really easy to follow

The process was really easy to follow, saved me a bunch of money, and on top of that when I sent back the programmer someone must have stolen it in shipping because they got an empty box back - but they still gave me the full deposit back. Good company

Refunds are held for 3 weeks

Refunds are held for 3 weeks. That policy is not described but when you return your order Tom's Key take their time with YOUR money.

DO NOT USE this company !

P.s.
ONLY after posting to TrustPilot and filing complaint with UT Consumer Protection board, I received notification of refund.
This, my review stands - this Company intent to use customer funds holding to those unnecessary long !

P.s.2.
After posing my review above and refusing to take it down, Tom's Key Company PULLED BACK pending credit card refund transaction!
I have email from Toms' Key that the processed the refund and i did see "pending" refund yesterday, but the transaction disappeared today.
Obviously, dispute is filed and I will be seeking full refund from this dishonest vendor. BE CAREFUL ! Do not conduct business with this Company!

Above and beyond customer service, products work great

Products work great, the service model of renting the programmer works really well. I couldn't figure out what product I needed an accidentally ordered the wrong one. Folks on the help email we're extremely helpful in figuring it out and without asking they had already sent me the correct product at no charge and just asked that I put the incorrect product in the rental return box. It's nice to get great customer service and even sending a correct product on the Honor system. Definitely recommend

It is a great product!!

It is a great product!!! The key and pairing device arrived by mail. Key worked perfectly! I got the instructions wrong, so I asked tech support for help and they share an install video within an hour. The following day I tried again and bingo! The key paired perfectly.
A local locksmith was asking $250 and the dealership $400+!!!
So happy!
