What a fantastic garage and such an attentive group of staff, i am so pleased with my repaired Audi. Back to it's gleaming self! Shout out to Dean, who delivered and picked up my courtesy car, Geoff, who make sure the car was put back to its original state, and the lovely receptionists who were so patient and attentive with me. So grateful!

Absolutely brilliant - no fuss - they made an excellent restoration of my car impacted by a supermarket delivery vehicle. Neil the delivery driver took great care with my vehicle. Many thanks to all.

Dire, absolutely dire! Don't use if recommended to you by your insurer, these guys are time wasters. They never answer the phones and the guy who I believe is the front of desk manager Gareth is one of the rudest customer service facing people I've ever met. After waiting weeks and weeks I tried to drop my car in for repair today and after having to turn down a 4 seater courtesy car (as I have 3 kids that need to go to school) I was told in an instant that they would then cancel the claim altogether. No-one had informed me the courtesy car would be 4 seats for my normal 5 seat car that was in for repair. Massive, massive bullies, I'm just glad my wife didn't have to go in and be treated like that. What a waste of 6 weeks and a gallon of petrol going to Tonbridge and back, don't say you haven't been warned! I'd have entered 0 stars if allowed.... So now while we wait for the whole insurance process to start again I've put an complaint to my insurance company, lets hope they have full CCTV / audio recording at the customer service desk so it can looked into properly.

Awesome shop, and Gareth on the front desk was supremely knowledgeable and couldn’t do more to help me out and ensure any worries I had were sorted, would strongly recommend this garage to anyone

Thanks to all staff at Tonbridge Accident repair centre for their first class service in dealing with my car. the repairs were carried out to a high standard. My car was transported to and from their workshops. Added thanks to Neil, who was helpful and polite when my car was delivered back home.

After someone drove into my car and drove off at the weekend, I went to see these guys to see if they could help. They were on lunch, but took the time to check my car, and really look at the damage properly and give me sensible advice on what to do next. They were helpful, professional, not patronising and went over and above to help me out - I would highly recommend going to them as your first port of call.

Working as a fleet driver I was recently sent to collect a car that had been repaired. After leaving the garage the car broke down just a mile up the road.
A quick phone call to the garage to ask if they could help in anyway and they came out to help get the car started again so I could continue my journey.

My first impressions, based purely on a telephone conversation, were that I was dealing with a proper, professional outfit. Everything I experienced from then on confirmed my original thoughts. I was treated with courtesy and respect, and was kept aware as to the progress of the job in hand. The repairs were carried out flawlessly. I am a very happy customer !

Went in today with my wife's CMax Grand with the rear door off its runners and unable to close. Three guys spent 20 minutes taking it apart and putting it back together so it closed and locked safe to drive. Absolutely fabulous service and would highly recommend them.

This is what service should be like everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make getting my car repaired painless. Work was carried out to a very high standard with the front of the car now looking as good as new. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
