Tony's Cabs Frome 

Have tried calling for 2 days now was put on hold with the same "your call will be answered in under 5 minutes" then at 3.5 mint and 4.5 minutes keep getting cut off. Very frustrating if I can't get hold of anyone now what if there is a problem on the night????? Rubbish..

Booked a cab for my teenage son, explicitly mentioned it was for my teenage son. Sadly no cab arrived and I had to walk to collect him in a thunderstorm. I will use someone else in future

I booked a cab for New Year’s Eve. Out of all the companies in Frome I found the woman so accommodating and friendly even though she fully booked and up against it she really tried to help. Most of the other companies had just said full and put the phone down. She was really kind.
Had thorough texts about what was required for Covid and confirmation I’d booked it which was reassuring on NYEve then a text to say taxi had arrived.
Really rate this company. Very friendly driver too. They felt safe and he had a lovely manner about him.
Felt I sent my Greek relatives off into the night in safety, thank you X

Have used this firm twice now and although my first driver in July was a bit frosty he was on time and reasonable so can't argue with that.
My most recent journey in September was covered by Clive and then Tony. Clive is extremely friendly, on time and a lovely gentleman - a credit to the team.
Booking was straight forward (thank you Penny) - I really like the text confirmation message, very organised and professional.
Thanks again guys, wouldn't hesitate in using you again or recommending you.

We were very disappointed with Tony’s taxis. We had booked a collection from them to go a very short journey into Frome town centre and wanted to book a return journey for later. We were told that wasn’t necessary and to call before 10 that evening and we would definitely get a ride back. When we called at 9.45 pm we were told there were no cars available for the rest of the evening. We will not be using this company again

Really lovely cab service! Used Tony's cab for a journey to Longleat Safari Park from Frome station and back. The drivers were both so friendly and really funny with great stories. I would highly recommend and use the service again when I next visit Longleat!
