I had some very good experiences and some bad ones. Sometimes some places give items that are lower value that is specified. Some businesses are absolutely abusing this app and even after I report it they are still on the app.
But as I said some establishments are great.
I guess find your favorite place and stick with it.

However, you might still see that business on the app for a little while because our investigations take time, or it can sometimes be difficult to reach the store owner directly to resolve the situation.

Box included 7 bags of salad leaves and 6 bags of radishes all to be consumed before end of day. Bag of parsley was all slime. Loaf of bread and biscuits had torn packaging exposing contents so reluctant to eat. Should have gone in the bin!

Wasn't worth the value given
I don't think that the products given were worth the price that they rated the value of the bag. Also when we arrived, they had a bag ready for a lower value than what we ordered. she went into the back and just grabbed 2 additional items.

My first three purchases…
Every place that I went to purchase items were aware of the process of sliding the tab that says that I was there to acquire my goods out of the Three auntie Anne’s Cinnabon spot had the best customer service. They were polite. They had a special bag for my order and then I would rate the dirty dough place second they didn’t have a surprise bag ready. They just reached in there shows and grabbed items out and put them in to go to containers to leave the Tony’s pizza at Camelback. Add poor customer service otherwise grateful to have a food at the cost that I paid for them their decent slices of pizza
