I'm new to app & have only picked-up food a couple of times in Charlotte NC but it's pretty intuitive. Vendors were prepared, generous & food all good - my family loves the unexpected food. I wish th... See more

14 days for a refund is an absolute joke!! The order was cancelled as I was at the till so had a completely waisted journey. Surely they would’ve known they couldn’t complete the order before the order time was scheduled. Absolute joke.

App is lacking on far too many levels
Honestly think this app needs a lot of work to work properly. Store staff are blaming the app when things go wrong and the app doesn't take on board all the problems customers are experiencing. They deal with a problem by saying you have been refunded and your feedback has been noted. They don't address time and fuel wasted or stress caused. I cant recommend it. i love the idea of not wasting food but the managing of the app and the system leaves a lot to be desired.

Excellent food
Excellent food, we really enjoyed it all especially when you can save the planet.

Dislike that companies can cancel too good to go bag at very short notice. Once or twice I have been standing outside the business waiting for the collect time to come up and the order has been cancelled only giving 5 minutes notice. I made a journey to pick up bag and came away empty handed.

It was a very easy process. We ordered from a bagel shop and the bagels were fresh and it was a good variety of bagels.

I paid more for the bag that for the food it was in. Cheaper products that if I buy them directly I should pay less

Good app with a win-win purpose
I love this app and what it stands for
I love this app and what it stands for. However, I've had 2 HEB stores cancel my orders over 2 different occasions saying they had nothing left. Refunds were issued but trying to figure out why the offers are there but at pickup time they cancel. They ARE new to the app so maybe they're trying to figure it out. No other place has done this so ..disappointed.

Went to Uppercrust in Leeds City station on Saturday morning. Handed three stale bread buns with cold contents. Worst ever Uppercrust I have ever used.

What a great app
What a great app, very easy to use, many of these food apps are getting too expensive to purchase food having a app like this helps me to afford buying food even though its bakeries, deli's, cafe shops, sushi bars it shows that there are companies willing to contribute their end of day stock they don't sell, and put it through this app to sell at affordable prices. Hopefully there will be more shops will join in come on Woolworths, Coles, IGA stop being wasteful and join in.

A surprise bag
A surprise bag, as advertised by all of the suppliers makes it hard to decide if a purchase is worth it or not.
Twice I have been disappointed with the quality of food and contents. This is not about 'saving the planet', it's about making money from old buffet food.

Saves waste on food
Love that it helps to save waste on food, keep up the good work :)
Product sucked and bags go to same people often.
Hard to get a bag but found out when i was there a lot go to the same few people which I don’t really feel is fair especially considering I attempt to get them as soon as they become available. But other than that the process is easy once you’re able to secure a bag. Now for the actual contents they did suck. Not sure if it’s just because I was only able to get the frozen food bag but it left a lot to be desired. (Nothing but Mac and cheese and fries)
