My monies shouldn't of been taken with zero stock!
Ordered & paid for my items but it took me to contact the 'tools' & fix to see what had happened to my order. They then told me nothing was in stock & would take a further two weeks..! Absolutely awful service they should never had taken my money & is was ag to get back...DONT BOTHER...RUBISH

Avoid!
Untrustworthy, unreliable, unacceptable and rude customer services.
Selling out of stock products where they only inform you after you have paid and do not refund. Customer service advisors telling lies each time you call. When trying to email them, they lie again and then block your email address. Unbelievable!

Really cheap prices/slow delivery
Really cheap prices, really slow delivery. Had to contact customer services three times to see where the order was. Have ordered since and had to get in touch both times to see where the delivery is. Order from them if you aren't time critical as the prices are very good, but of you need the things for a specific job go elsewhere.
