Good for fixed lines phone connection
For cell phones sometimes a connection problem

The app did not work. When l made a number of calls l will heaf the other person on the other line for a second and the phone starts to ring again and no call connected and l am being charged a connection fee. Live chat does not appear to work and it difficult to get hold of support. I am not impressed at all and still waiting for someone to get back to me.

I am loving the app. It’s one of the best and cheap international calling app. Great work

site looked kinda sketchy at first, but test call to Indonesia worked perfectly and loading credit using PayPal was super easy! super cheap rates for international calls .. i was kind of skeptical but it worked seamlessly. i was immediately connected and the call quality was more than decent.

Couldn’t hear the other person half the time and conversations were being repeated even after we’ve spoken. Really frustrating.

I used toolani to phone aboard. It easy to used and clear to hear the person I’m phoning. No problem with losing connection.

I have been using Toolani for the past few years and would like to applaud the firm/ business for the services they provide. I have never had any trouble connecting with my daughter (who lives in Australia) so Many thanks for a wonderful service. Long may you continue to bring us the low-cost phone calls that others charge the earth for!

This app is a disaster! I bought a $5.00 subscription, and my international calls were disconnected. Whenever the other person tried to pick up the ring, it could disconnect the call. And there is no proper customer service to communicate to solve this. !

Best app, great fares

It seemed useful at first, but later more and more issue came up. Such as: terrible line quality (comes and goes btw) and if I call a landline number and the automatic instruction says to push ANY of the numbers on the keypad of the smartphone, then 9 out 10 cases NOTHING HAPPENS in a Toolani call, which means it is impossible to speak with a human being, but You can endlessly hear the pre-recorded options for Toolani call charges. I have tested it with different phones and different operating systems. Completely Useless.
2 star rating, because the mobile calls work.
