Paid for next day delivery but didn’t get it. Ordered it Friday received it the following Wednesday. Not impressed so got ripped off on the post. Didn’t reply to two emails I sent & when you call them there’s nobody to take your call. You leave a message & nobody calls you back. Product was good when it finally arrived. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a replacement part for a Joseph Joseph bin. The site is not very clear about the actual sending costs (in this case: since it was shipped for the UK, import duties apply) upfront. The site also lacks actual instructions or video's on how to mount the replacement part.

The product arrived when you said it would. Until the next heavy snow fall we shan’t need foot grippers, but they are what we wanted and we expect to be pleased with them.

I was provided with a discount code on my invoice to receive 10% off my next order by inputting the code"THANKS"
The code did not work on their website, I contacted them by their online chat facility but never received a reply although I tried numerous times, I also sent an email which was never replied to either.
I placed an order anyway as the price was very good which arrived promptly.
The invoice with this order still had the offer of 10% off next order using the same discount code "THANKS". What is the point of quoting a discount code that does not work & also having a chat facility & email address that nobody responds to?

i thought to buy a new closing flap for my trash can. unfortunately i received for a lot of money a small plastic part that i could glue to the old one. at least i think so, because there was no description. also paid customs clearance costs.

I bought a specialist tool for a particular job ,this tool was listed all over the net for a whole range of prices ,Tool buyer were the best price by far I was sceptical because the difference in price for the same unit was over £100 pounds to the most expensive supplier so was expecting very little but the unit turned up super quick and was good quality and did the job perfectly ,In fact I couldn't have done the job with out it .Tool in question was a crankshaft holding tool for a Ford
Transit .Well done Toolbuyer I will be back
