Really like the Cougar Paw roofing…

Really like the Cougar Paw roofing shoes I recently purchased. They grip steep roofs very well. The only down side is that the foam bottoms wear out a little too soon. Would be nice if one extra pair was included with them. Otherwise good product

I spoke to a sales rep on the phone and placed my order with him. He was very kind and professional. I got my order within a few days and the product was exactly what I expected it to9 be. Great quality and they go on nicely with a tight fit. Thank you.

I purchased this telescoping mirror

I purchased this telescoping mirror, for the purpose of being able to see beneath the bottom of a 2'x4' rail on the bottom of my fence, because I believed I had carpenter bees gnawing away on the bottom rail. Having done machining work for many years, I decided to see if I could find one. It is better to see, than get down and get stung!

I looked online for replacement straps…

I looked online for replacement straps for the knee pads my crew likes to use.
I could only find straps that would fit on the Tool Experts site.
The straps arrived just a few days after the order was placed.
They fit just fine.

The General mortise and tennon jig I…

The General mortise and tennon jig I bought from you guys is junk. Hard to set up. Flimsy construction. Cheap Chinese screws. It wont last very long.

Its time to stop selling junk made overseas. I'd pay twice the price for a quality tool.
