Order it one day & get it the next - great!

I ordered online on 17 Dec. The timber is just as advertised but the courier misplaced a package and it did not arrive until 28 Dec.

A clear website, and the order came promptly.

Would buy again with confidence.

This was the first time that I have used G&S. I placed my order on line and was contacted by Matthew Chewter who made sure that I got what I wanted in time for Christmas. I was very impressed and they will be my first port of call in the future!

There were server issues which prevented me placing the order, so I rang T&T and their website person was really helpful and set it up so my order went through. T&T even offered to cut the dowel, knowing that if they did so it would get to me quicker.

This was my first transaction with T&T and would be very happy to return again in the future. Excellent service, very quick and really helpful.

No dramas with this supplier got what I asked for and from people that for a change seemed to know their product

I bought a Jet lathe from Tools and Timber and had a small problem which has been sorted out by Matt and the rest of the team, without hassle and to my total satisfaction.
Having visited their well stocked premises several times in the last couple of years, I would recommend them whole heartedly. Their wood is the best I've used and they give good advice and support.
If passing on the M6, a vist is a must, it's only 5 minutes to their place at the Alpaca centre. A shop and cafe for the family, while you can pop into Toos and Timber to stock up!

A first class service, the order was recieved in two days, the items well packaged and no fear of getting damaged. An excellent service. First place I will go for more tools

The service and speed of delivery cannot be surpassed,the package and postage is excellent but the most important thing is the quality and price of the goods was first class.I will not hesitate to use this company again and again .TOP CLASS .

This was my first attempt at buying hardwood and I couldn't be more impressed. My initial enquiries were answered promptly and helpfully by Shaun. When I did eventually order some oak dowels, they came next day and were delivered exactly as per my instructions. Very happy with the quality of the wood and the excellent packaging. Will definitely buy from G&S again. Thanks chaps.

Super fast delivery. My parcel was delivered next day from ordering and it was free. The goods are as described and prices are competitive. You can ask for much more. Excellent.

Typically I ran out of Kreg screws halfway through a project. Even though G&S were out of stock of them, they arrived 10am the next day.

Friendly, courteous, fast and excellent value service. Would recommend to anyone.
