I am presently filing complaints with igaming on their absolutely poor withdrawal and unprofessional practices. I still have not received my 2nd withdrawal. It's only $567 No one in management stands up to resolve issues....they hide behind verification processes and then confirm money has been sent yet my bank has no record of it. Now they constantly ask for confirmation of account numbers. I have I providedvit additionally 4 to 5 times plus even attached a Pic of a check so that's 6x. What's even more questionable is how is there possibly there an issue with my banking accounts when they stated they verifued my details. And the icing on cake is the first withdrawal was processed within same day so what is issue now?
There is only one possible reason for these delays .......you can put 2 and 2 together and make your assessment.
At this point i care more about making sure others do not have to experience this horrific experience.than the money owed.
I will go out of my way post my experiences and do what I can to have their license revoked
Please take this review to heart and stay away from Tooniebet!!!!!!!

Disappointing Experience - Untrustworthy Promotions and Poor Customer Service
I’ve had a frustrating experience with this casino, and I feel compelled to share it with others. Over time, I’ve made numerous cash deposits without claiming any bonuses, but recently, I won some money in the claw machine game and didn’t receive it. When I reached out to customer support, I was told that an "administration decision" had been made not to allow any bonuses for me anymore, which is both confusing and disappointing.
To make matters worse, the casino regularly sends me emails promoting 50% reload bonuses, but when I log in, I’m prompted to "opt-in." I do so, only to find that they don’t honor the promotion after I’ve followed all the steps. It’s clear that they’re engaging in some shady tactics, and it feels like a bait-and-switch.
With so many other casinos offering legitimate daily promotions and treating their customers with respect, I can’t justify continuing to do business with this one. They should be ashamed of their practices, and I won’t be returning.
I would caution anyone considering this casino to think twice. There are plenty of better, more reliable options out there.
