Cancels bonuses
Terrible. I deposit into my account and received a bonus. Well I was mysteriously kicked out of my account after the deposit and couldn't sign in at all. It was saying my password was wrong and I couldn't even reset my password. After 3 different time with support last night and this morning I was finally able to log in. Only to see that my bonus cancelled. I contact support who basically tells me. Oh well nothing we can do it's your fault.

I placed a bet through their platform…
I placed $11000 live wager through their platform. When it hit, they refused payout, citing vague internal reasons that they failed to explain or justify. They quickly terminated the account so I wouldn't have access to the evidence except I got screenshots of it. If you play small your probably ok but when you get in to the real stakes they play sketchy.
I have:
Screenshots of the confirmed wager
Timestamped transaction logs
Phone call recordings with their support team admitting discrepancies
Despite this, they’ve made no effort to resolve the issue fairly. This isn’t a one-off technical glitch — it’s a deliberate evasion of responsibility.
ToonieBet markets itself as a trustworthy sportsbook, but their actions tell a different story. If you value your time, money, and fair play — do not trust this platform with your bets.
I am escalating this through proper consumer protection channels and considering legal options if necessary.

Been a member for about 4 months. Good games and plays well. However, don’t take bonuses from them. With 40x playthrough, if you take for example a $50 bonus, you are trapped until you bet $2k
Same with deposits. They are held hostage until you bet an amount equal to your deposit even though it’s YOUR money.
