Company advertises free shipping on orders of 59.00. Once my cart reached that it said I qualified for free shipping. Then once I went to check out, a pop up appeared offering me an additional 20% off if I provided my phone number and agreed to text message offers and alerts once I agreed to. Once applied they now have my personal info and have charged me shipping after telling me I qualified for free shipping prior to giving them my personal info. I called and spoke with customer service which explained to me when the discount was applied it dropped me below the 59.00 free shipping offer that I was already told would be applied. I told him what happened and asked to be given what I was told which was both the discount and free shipping and he wouldnt do it. He transferred me to the "manager" and she also refused to provide me the free shipping. I then asked how to escalate the matter in which she told me to email their help desk, which I did. Same result. They returned my email a day later saying that they are "unable" to honor my request for free shipping. This is not true. This was a simple thing to honor and do from a customer service persepctive and they CHOSE not to. They could have easily made a discretionary decision to do the right thing under the circumstances and what I brought to their attention, but didn't. They could have gained a customer and an order, but they chose not to do the right thing and stand by what I was mislead to believe. Now instead of gaining a customer and an order by making them happy, I will never purchase anything from this company and leave reviews on every site I can find online starting with this one as well as the BBB on my experience with their site and representatives as this is about the principal of the matter, so I hope refusing to work with me and stick me with shipping costs after telling me you weren't was worth it.

I am a new client here. Your customer service is off the charts high!!! My first purchase, Bloomgasm, stopped working after a very short time. I called customer service and I was sent a new one. No hassel of "do yoiu have the receipt or the box it came in." I receive the new one. I lose the charger on that one. I called here to purchase a new charger. They are not sold seperatly. I am then sent a NEW toy, again. The thing is, while speaking with the girl here, she was telling me how to clean it, and not to submerge it in water, but in their add, it says yoiu CAN take it into the tub or shower. Anyway, that's my story and i'm sticking to it! I found out last Christmas Eve that my husband has been in an affair for the past four years now. He told plenty of people he left the marriage, but he forgot to tell me. Divorce will be rough. He is still with her. He tells me he still loves me and that he is my best friend.
