FRAUDULENT Company - Don’t believe paid-for Google reviews. Here is a first-hand experience this August. After having reserved a car for my honeymoon in Mallorca two months in advance, the company sends me a WhatsApp the day before pickup to tell me the reservation is canceled, and they do not have any other option. WTF?. Then the next day they say my alternative car is ready for pick up, without my approval. By that time, of course I had scrambled to find another company. They said they will need to charge me for the original contract because they found me another car… I’m currently disputing these charges with my credit card company. Avoid yourself this hassle during your next vacation and book with another rental.

Response: Don’t believe their lie below saying that I approved the new deal twice on WhatsApp, I did not. Here is a full copy of the WhatsApp conversation as proof of their dishonest behavior.

We regret to inform you that your confirmed vehicle reservation for August 14, 2025 at 12:00 PM at our Palma City (Santa Catalina) office, for a Fiat Tipo Familiar, must be canceled due to an unforeseen mechanical breakdown that has left the vehicle out of service.

We have tried every means to find a solution, including finding an alternative vehicle, but due to our fleet currently at 100% occupancy, it has not been possible to arrange another vehicle to cover your reservation.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding)

Even dough we don't have any cars available we had to rent a car from another company to cover your service and move the staff to got your car in the office. So as you can see in our terms and conditions (the same from the other company where we had to take the car) we have to charge one day of renting and 50€ more for the no show and for having the car blocked for you.
So sorry for this situation.

You failed to honor your contract by providing me the car that I required and signed for. This morning your company failed to call me as promised to inform me of the new conditions for the new option. You created significant damage to my trip, which is my honeymoon and this will be reflected in your Google review. You are not allowed to charge this amount and if you do, I will sue you and I will indicate it on the Google review that you try to scam us in addition to not fulfilling your contract.

Great experience! Very kind and service minded staff, easy pick-up in the city center of Palma & drop-off at the Airport when we went home. Good communication with the company via Whatsapp. I would definitely rent a car here again!

The experience was really good. I’ve booked the car online without any advance payment. Upon arrival I’ve signed the contract and paid the amount at the desk. The car was as in description. The only thing is that I’ve used EU debit card, and they charged 6 euro as fee. However, the information in their website and in the office says that there is no fee for EU credit/debit cards.

Good price, everythig was ok

The best rental company we’ve used in Mallorca. We got a great price and picking up and dropping off the car was really quick and simple - no taking buses to industrial estates in the middle of nowhere. The car was clean and everything worked well, and we got a message within half an hour of dropping it back to say our full deposit was being returned to us. Highly recommended - we won’t use anyone else in future.

On time waIting for us in parking lot even though we were late. All went smooth.
