the 24v 50 amp hour lithium battery supplied to me does not hold the charge over 18 golf holes when i complained to topcaddy someone named len spoke with me and would except no arguments on his battery but blamed my buggy for not completing 18 holes he said there must be a lose connection between the battery and buggy motorany thing but his battery i certainly would not buy a lithium battery from these people

Once the battery arrived, I discovered that I can't use it due to the fact I received a wrong cable, not compatible with my cart.

Despite the reassurances from the seller, I've been waiting 20 days to receive the correct cable, ordered and paid separately.

Last week (8th June) the seller states that he cannot prove the shipment of the cable, as it was sent by ordinary mail and not currier (as it should).
I am sorry but I cannot believe that after 20 days a package still hasn't arrived from England to Italy. it would have already arrived in Australia too!!!

In the end, I am still waiting for the cable and not able to use the new battery with my cart.

More: I would advise against the purchase to be delivered to European countries. Delivery in more than 10 days and 65 euros for customs clearance, not exactly economically advantageous.

First experience with Top Caddy. Len was really helpful, excellent service. Bought an electric trolley yesterday afternoon, it arrived the following morning. Came with lots of freebies. Cant fault the amazing service.

If a company is judged by not the problem but by how it is handled, then Top Caddy gets full marks.
I purchased an expensive Lithium Battery for my Golf Buggy 13 months ago, however being a Fairweather Golfer I do not use it over the winter months and took it off charge. In April this year put it back on charge but after two days the Battery was dead.
I contacted Len and after some discussions, he thought it was the charger, so on his advice a purchased a new one from him. When it arrived, put the Battery on charge but again after two days Battery was still dead. Contacted Len again, he said no problem and shipped me a new Battery which arrived within 48 hours. Put it on a charge using my old charger and no problem, up to 24 Volts.
Len then arranged for the Old Battery and the new Charger to be collected and is arranging to credited me with the cost of the new charger.
We do a lot of our buying today online today, and it reassuring to deal with people like Top Caddy.
The result is one very happy customer.

Have dealt with Top Caddy for several years now and have always found Len to be a courteous knowledgeable individual. I recently had a problem with my battery, on contacting Len my problem was discussed and within 48 hrs I had a brand new replacement battery. Excellent service from an excellent company. Thank you.

Ordered a part for my trolley on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday.
Great service, highly recommended.

Firstly, I purchased a high capacity lithium battery from Topcaddy for my ageing Motocaddy S1 5 YEARS AGO. I average 3 to 4 rounds a week and it will still do this on one charge with around 30% capacity remaining - unbelievable performance. This is NOT, however the reason for my review. I rang Len today to inform him that the battery was still going strong but the zip had broken on the bag and could I purchase a new one. His response was that he would send me one free of charge and wouldn't even let me pay for postage! He is not only knowledgeable and easy to communicate with but he's also one of life's genuine good guys who goes out of his way to achieve customer satisfaction. 5 stars really doesn't feel adequate.

THIS IS FOR YOU TOP CADDY!!! You said it is possible to connect up wrong with force! I think you would struggle and why would I force on??? I sent you a picture of the battery and you could clearly see when I pulled the black casing over the wires that actually YOU!!! Had wired it up the wrong way round! So in fact you take responsibility for your cockup and admit it? Plus pay me for ruining my 2 trolleys! I can post the picture on here of how you wired up wrong! A proper business would have said sorry and given me compensation! Shocking!!!

If you want honest and unbiased advice regarding batteries speak to Len. I bought a golf trolley battery last year which has performed faultlessly
This year I had problems with my wife's golf buggy. Despite the batteries only being 6 months old they were failing after 18 holes. I spoke to Len and he suggested a 24 volt 55 AH lithium battery. As the buggy had two 12 volt 73 ah batteries fitted in series I couldn't understand how this could be the solution. However as it was impossible to fit larger batteries I went ahead and bought one. He was absolutely right. On the first outing she had to start at hole 2 for a shotgun start which meant she had to do the equivalent of 2 extra holes going down the first and back at the end of the round and it performed faultlessly and it has continued to do so. The bonus is that Len's prices are consistently cheaper then his rivals. Highly recommended!

Had my 36 hole battery for nearly two years and it's great, no problems and very easy to carry. At this new price buy it now it's unbeatable value!

What an excellent service from Topcaddy.
The advice and customer care received from Len Grindrod regarding my new Lithium Battery which had a battery monitoring system fault was dealt with so swiftly by sending a new replacement battery the following day. I would definitely recommend Topcaddy.

I would like to add a comment with reference to Mr Proctor. He contacted me about blowing up his control units on 2 trollies. It is possible to connect the battery incorrectly if you use enough force. I did explain to him that you cannot blame a company if you make a mistake , take responsibility and deal with it. Surely if you blow up one trolley you would not immediately connect it to another without finding out what is wrong first. Take the blame and stop blaming others.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have put a review on already and top caddy basically replied back to my review saying I connected the battery wrong.And that is the reason it blew up my 2 £500 Moto caddies.But that is complete rubbish because top caddy and anyone who as one of these batteries will know that it is impossible to connect the wrong way round.If you look at the connector from battery to trolley that there is only one way it will fit
