A couple of days a go my 5 amp LiFePO4 charger stopped charging my extended 26Ah 12V battery with the negative cable working loose from the Powerpole connecter and the positive parcially hanging out the extra fuse on the front of the charger did its job by cutting power. I tried reinserting the negative cable with no luck with the charger showing a green light so no damage done but no power was getting to the battery so I contacted Len for advice straight away who then promptly posted out a quality high current Torberry cable terminated with ring terminals so after snipping the terminals off and splicing the cable to the charger and securing it with electrical tape my battery is happily charging up with no issues now this is what I call outstanding service and going the extra mile to resolve such a minor issue. Its very rare in my experience especially today to find a company who is willing to work with you to resolve even the smallest of issues thank you.

i bought a second hand highlander single seat buggy from Len at top caddy in June 2020 and i could not of asked for more as a large build guy of 16 stone, Len suggested this buggy. the course i play every week is quite hilly and this baby gets me around the course twice on a single charge. the lithium battery is well worth the money This buggy has made all the difference to me as i thought i was going to have to retire for mobility reasons but not now i cant thank Len enough for his advice and help

Ordered a golf trolley for my partner's birthday and delivery was slightly delayed however Top Caddy kept me updated, responded to my calls and emails promptly, their customer service was outstanding. When the trolley did arrive it exceeded our expectations. The quality and design was excellent! I would definitely recommend Top Caddy

My first lithium battery at the age of 83.First time out today for 18 holes using approx. 47% of the power. Good result. Must have fitted the connections correctly.

Bought a battery for my trolley went to play golf connected it to trolley in the normal way and then bang and smoking. Basically blew my trolley up so thought I’d try on the other trolley but exactly the same happened.So got in contact with them and basically they didn’t want to know.They put the phone down on me and basically said it’s my fault.Antbody thinking of buyîng don’t they will damage your.Shocking do not buy from here total con.

Bought a new electric trolley and due to Coronovirus there was a several week delay. However the person I spoke to was great and kept me up speed on when it was arriving. Well deserved a 5 star

Lithium golf battery charger failed within 7 months and following a quick phonecall to Len, he despatched a new replacement one to me that arrived 2 days later. No quibbles, just good old fashioned great customer service. Can't recommend him enough. Wish all companies were like this.

I can't speak too highly of the help and support I have received from Len at TopCaddy since I became a customer a couple of years back. Apart from receiving excellent value when I purchased my ride-on buggy, on two occasions since, I have experienced problems with battery/charger connections, likely to have been down to my lack of knowledge/experience rather than faulty equipment. Both times I have been bailed out promptly by relevant advice, and the prompt shipment of replacement parts, at no cost.
It is rare to find such a high standard of service and I heartily and unequivocally recommend the company to anyone looking for the equipment and services they provide,

Very fast shipping to the Netherlands. One of the wheels was damaged, probably by shipping, but instantly there was send a new one.
I have bought a golf trolley (Golfstream Vision) and I am very happy with it.

I had first class advice when I purchased and, after a freak incident with a towel getting wrapped around part of the trolley mechanism (entirely my own fault), a replacement part sent out (long after I'd purchased the trolley).

Whilst having owned the trolley I purchased from Len, I've seen several friends who didn't take my advice to buy from TopCaddy break down on the course (they'd purchased one of the brands who have massive distribution through pro shops).

Highly, highly recommended.
