I purchased a family annual holiday insurance policy recently over the telephone. I have used TopDog before and because I found the service good returned to them. All questions asked were explained and if you changed your mind during the process there was no problem altering previous decisions. The operate was polite and helpful.

Errol made the process simple and friendly. He was efficient and effective. The process is, as always, long winded and frustrating but Errol was chatty and helpful.
When it is a renewal “no change to last year’s information should suffice!!! It does with other companies. It is virtually automatic. Also, 3 items of identification!! “Your full address” is better than first line and postcode (4 items)!!

this is the third time we have renewed our ravel insurance with top dog that speaks for its self, very easy to fill out the paper work on computer , i made a mistake with the start date ,sent an email with correct date,had a return email from jake said he would sort for me,then got another from charlotte to confirm right start date both are a credit to top dog,thank you again for your help,reccomend to anyone looking for travel insurance,
