Was pleasantly surprised by this dress. The fit and fabric met the expectations I had, it’s a beautiful dress. Modern, comfortable and flattering.

The yellow dress I bought was perfect for my yellow themed graduation party. I was looking for something simple but effective and I wasn't finding it anywhere. Glad I found Toperth online!

Not a good experience. They only allow returns to a China address and right now, to return a small package costs $200.00 or more. I have emailed about returning to a US address as they shipped from a US address, but they do not allow it. Which I am assuming is because they know how unreasonable it is for someone to pay 200.00 and likely will just take the loss on the item. So in turn, they are able to keep their money.

I’ve been trying to return my item for almost a month no response and no instructions how to.

I wear a size 12US, and it's never easy to find dresses that fit well without seeming stiff. The draping on both of the items I ordered was flawless. Finally, realistic sizing.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. It’s a scam. They look nothing like the pictures and quality is crap. Their so called easy return policy is just shady. The return address provided AFTER the purchase is to china… which means return shipping is $400. Obviously nobody is going to pay that so you’re stuck with their crap products. Not to mention when you reach out to customer service they send you IN CIRCLES instead of answering your questions, and provide zero help. I should have known i was getting scammed from the beginning. So if you’re wondering if this place is legit, no. Trust your gut and save yourself the money and headache.

Purchased clothing but it was not received due to abismal delivery company Yodel. Evidence provided to Toperth that my order was not delivered however they would not refund me because the confirmation of no delivery from Yodel was not in a specific form.
It’s taken me over a month with back and forth communications with them to try and get my money back. They were unhelpful and kept on repeating the same scripted text which delayed things even further. In the end, I had to log a claim through my credit card company to get my money back.

8-10 day delivery is a JOKE!!! Ordered dress on Oct 1, 2025 and the order is still “processing” at the shipping facility. Reached out to customer service multiple times as I ordered this dress for a wedding that is on Oct 18, 2025 and all I was told multiple times was “thank you for your patience” After I requested to cancel the order they refused. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS “SMALL BUSINESS”

Dressed as in the photo, very very beautiful. The only problem is the shipping. You must be aware that it must be ordered 2 months before.

After taking over a month to send only ONE of the two dresses I ordered, I then requested the money for the dress that never arrived and received a response saying that as it had passed the time to request a refund this could not be done?! So, no dress and no money. Do not order from this shop.

Terrible customer service, little to no help. Paid for express shipping, placed order on September 14. Till this day order is not even in transit.

I bought a dress in Toperth Boutique as it appeared in my Instagram. After more than 3 weeks waiting for the parcel to be delivered, when I opened it seems to not be nothing similar to the dress I saw in the pictures. The quality of the fabric is terrible, the dress doesn’t have any lining which is proving the bad quality, it seems like someone made it in a beginner workshop of fashion design. Now if you want to return this piece of fabric that looks like a Halloween costume you need to pay the shipping, which I won’t even bother. Definitely not buying anything else from this company, it’s a shame.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed a $100 order and checked the size guide. I bought a medium and large of the same dress because I was exactly in the middle of their size guide so I figured both would fit and it accounts for if I gain/lose a bit a weight. The dresses were insanely POOR QUALITY and neither of them fit!!! They both were WAYY to large. I emailed with my request to return the dresses and explained my reasoning was sizes not matching their size guide and poor quality materials. They gave me the option of returning where I had to pay $80 for shipping or store credit. The catch is with store credit. You can only use up to 50% of your order in credits so I’d have to pay another hundred dollars to use my hundred dollars of credits. This is an absolute scam where you absolutely cannot get any money back or you actually have to spend more money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ORDERED TWO DRESSES ON 3.8.25, SENT THEM BACK ON 18.8.25 AFTER HAVING TO CHASE THE COMPANY FOR A RETURN ADDRESS, PAY £20 DELIVERY FROM THE UK BACK TO CHINA, AND STILL NO REFUND DESPITE CHASING NUMEROUS TIMES!!!

do not waste your time with this company, it’s a complete scam! this company is deceptive about where they are located and their return policy. it took a month for my items to arrive and the 2 weddings i had ordered them for already passed so I no longer needed the items. i even tried to cancel my order once i realized they would not make it in time, but they told me “well we’ve already processed your order so we can’t cancel it”…then it took 4 more days to finally ship. i’m in the process of trying to return the items and they are trying to make me pay for shipping back to China. customer service has been so slow to respond and given me the run around. PLEASE do not order from them!

I came to Topeth through an Instagram ad. The shopping was simple and straight forward. The clothing quality appears great - and I love the small-shop feel. This is not a fast-fashion shop, so the order time felt slower and intentional. Each dress has its own display. Something that may help the experience is having the same style of dress with different colors all on one page. I bought one dress in a beautiful wine color and saw another color that was even more beautiful! (but listed separately, so I missed it). There is excellent variety of styles and colors.
