Sent back 3 dresses 7/4/25. Paid over £30!!!!! For it to be sent to the address customer service provided (IN CHINA!! I AM UK!) for it to be returned to my doorstep yesterday morning (2/9/25)!!!!!!! THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY NEED THE ITEMS IN ORDER TO PROCESS THE RETURN AS PER THE RETURN POLICY WHEN I'VE FOLLOWED THEIR EXACT INSTRUCTIONS. REALLY NOT IMPRESSED. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!

If i could leave a minus 1 star i would...Customer service at Toperth is absolutely SHOCKING. Ordered a dress for an event and delivery showing as delivered but i have not received. You go round and round in circles with customer services with NO resolutions...
Been emailing for over two weeks now and still not resolved... SAVE YOUR MONEY...DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Although the dress wasn’t what I was looking for - and was a lot brighter than displayed. They have been supportive with guest service and supplying me with my options of return/store credit and how to proceed.

Bought two dresses and unable to wear as the sizing proportion were so off and was just not great quality. Because I bought two dresses I swallowed the expensive shipping costs to return it to china. It’s now been nearly 12 weeks and despite regular chasing I still haven’t had a refund all I get in response is ‘we are sorry, we will check on this and update you’ spoiler alert I’ve not once had a proper update and I doubt I will or get a refund.
Don’t bother with this company - utter scammers

The dress took a month to arrive. Didn’t even try it on because I needed it sooner, but I could tell the material was cheaper than expected. To do a return, you have to send to China which is costly from the U.S so you’re forced to take store credit. I would not recommend or buy from them again.

I have made an order 2 weeks ago and I haven't received a delivery number yet. It is important to know that I have paid for fast delivery extra money.
It's such a disappointment.
I informed the company that I really want to know what's happening but they keep telling me that I will find out i will arrange the shipping. I am so disappointed. If I can't have my dress on time I want refund!!

Ordered 4 dresses in Feb 2025 for a wedding in May. The images on the website were professional and looked good quality. The dresses arrived after the wedding (delivery took about 7 weeks). When the dresses arrived they were not the quality shown on the website, nor did they resemble the images on the website. The material was cheap and the inside lining was white where on the website it showed patterned lining. The images were not the same as what I received. Misleading and false images led me to purchase this product. I emailed to return including pictures of the website and the dresses I received. The buyer must pay return postage. As my order was £100, I decided it was best for me to return the items at a cost of £33.30. I returned the items in May 2025. It is now end of August and I have still not received a refund. I’ve sent multiple emails chasing this up, but with no help at all. The website states 30 day money back guarantee. This is also a false statement as it’s now been three months. This business will be being reported to trading standards for not complying with the consumer rights act 2015. Do not purchase from this company. You will lose your money.

Do no order from them, you will never get your money back if the items doesn’t fit you. You will spend almost £20 for sending the dress back to a Chinese warehouse and you’ll never see your money again. Absolute scam this is. Will never order from them agajb

Sizing is much larger than expected and it’s been months since I returned but the parcel is still stuck at customs with no help with Toperth in supporting the refund. I would only buy if you are 100% sure of the size and item because you won’t get your money back by returning
