Terrible website
Terrible website, received incorrect item and the company expect me to pay for return just so I get the correct item sent in return. Lack of customer service, am in process of claiming money back from bank so will not recommend these people

DO NOT USE FRAUDULENT COMPANY I ordered…
DO NOT THIS COMPANY I ordered a case for my daughters ipad air2 on Christmas day they had taken the money out. I've had no confirmation tried to contact via their email no response . Gone via charge back route via my bank and funny enough I recd a blue ipad case that's too small and we ordered it in grey, almost 4 weeks late no packaging or receipt representing it was from Top Gadget!!!
Top Gadget this experience has put me off using small business,which is sad and unfair for those honest hard working firms as they will be losing out.
**As per your email yesterday, firstly why has it taken a bad review for you to contact me, why have you not replied to my email? Secondly I have spoken with my bank again and the second transaction was actually a refund from them not a second debit this is my reason for editing my critique, so if you haven't heard from them you will be, if you want the unusable case you sent I suggest you arrange for it to be collected, its all been a stressful experience and a waste of my time**

Had email confirmation that payment has been received. No email/text confirmation that order has been received/dispatched/delivered by Topgadgetsuk. Sent an email chasing delivery/VAT receipt 7 days ago, no reply. Sent another email asking for an update 2 days ago, no reply. Received email yesterday to say it's been 14 days since delivery, please review product/site, no acknowledgement of previous emails sent.
IF SOMEONE FROM TOPGADGETSUK IS READING THIS PLEASE GET IN TOUCH TO ARRANGE A REFUND!

mac compatible keyboard
I ordered a mac compatible keyboard and unfortunately had several scam emails claiming a package was being held by post office because of lack of postage. I gave topgadgets a hard time and they were very patient and helpful for me. The keyboard arrived after three days and was excellent, both pricewise and how it connected with my iMac immediately. Strongly recommend this website.

No confirmation email received.
Contacted topgadetuk by email & told item to be shipped on 23.11.2020
Contacted them again on 5.12.2020 to request a refund and have not received a response, a refund or my items. Read the negative reviews on their Facebook page and do not buy from them.
