When you place the order there is no confirmation that order has been received or any communication whatsoever ever, though account is debited. the product took more than three weeks to arrive. Product looks plastic and is horrible. No instruction enclosed to instal smart functions so it’s just a plastic cover and nothing more. requested third party smart instruction installation guidelines, has been three weeks and i have received nothing. don’t bother buying it’s a hideous item.

Awful service, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! I never received my order or any communication at all regarding it. I emailed numerous times to chase it up, then again asking for a refund. Never heard anything. They still took my money and didn't send me my order!

Paid for 5-7 day delivery and arrived 2 weeks later after numerous emails to the company. The case is not worth the money I paid, it’s too tight on my phone, flimsy, and the ‘mirrored’ front is nothing more than a cheap piece of see through plastic.
Please do not buy from this company!!

Very disappointed paying £15 for protective gel case which only protects back of phone, but nothing for the front. Also waited nearly 2 weeks for this cover.

Find it surprising that these people are asking for another review. The position is still the same, ie No delivery, no communication, no nothing. Have involved PayPal to try to resolve.
Would only advise to keep well away from this outfit.

Exactly what my teenage son wanted. Front and back covers fit the phone perfectly for protection. They are lightweight and transparent. Good price too.

Bought a phone case at end of September, which arrived damaged. Contacted the seller who said another would be sent. After chasing up, another was allegedly sent over 2 weeks ago. It’s now the 21st October and I’m still waiting. I’m not even overly impressed with the phone case for the price. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, and certainly won’t be a return customer. Buy from a reputable place, like Amazon, who have far better customer service - not here. If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID.

This is to confirm received my goods although a bit late. It fits my phone perfectly and is very good quality. Will definitely use you company again. If you can deliver a bit quicker would give 150%. Jilly Cutting
