Important to know this;daughter was duped and seem to of had a prompt recompense and solved our issue.
We had a bad experience to start with but chatting with them seem to have rectified this easily. So providing it all goes through then all is well I will need a few days to know if this is the case. However the one I spoke to Maso was very helpful and I'm taking him at his word.
