Disappointed with the customer service. Requested a refund as the measurements advertised of the toy received are wrong. They advised that it’s the manufacturers that advise on the measurements and was hit with returns p&p and also a 20% restocking fee.

Ordered a toy I couldn't get anywhere. Cheaper than I had found it elsewhere and it was dispatched same day!! Great service as well when royal mail went on a little jolly with my package. But I had a quick response from customer services and it got delivered next day!

First time using this company. Excellent savings, speedy processing and delivery.
One item was damaged, a no quibble replacement is being sent as I type.
Impressed!

Excellent experience with Toptoys2u!! Stumbled upon an item that took my fancy instantly. It was on sale and the cheapest price anywhere. Had never heard of or used this company, but took a gamble and ordered. 100% not disappointed. Excellent communication in the form of order confirmation and shipping updates. The free delivery option arrived super quickly. Item was very well packaged and on top of all that, a handful of yummy sweets/lollies thrown into the box too. Companies like this are hard to come by these days. Above and beyond service and nice surprises/touches included too!! I'll be coming back for future orders, for sure! Thank you so much :)

One of the products in my order was not as described/ pictured on the website. I emailed and asked for a refund and customer service advisor who I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t listen to what I was saying at all.

The other two products were okay but I have been completely put off the company by the way I was spoken to/ treated.

Excellent company who go out of their way to be helpful. I highly recommend them for quality of items and their customer service. Thank you very much.
