I ordered 18 grades from Total Grading. They kept me informed when received the parcel and were very speedy in their turnaround even though I went for the basic one due to going away. The slabs look great quality including the labels. One thing I would note is as its a new grading company they aren't for increasing value just yet. Hopefully as they grow in popularity they will. But if you are more of a collector like me they are a great option as other grading services can be very expensive and take a long time. If you want a quick professional service with high quality slabs for a fair price then they are a great option!

My cards were delivered but left on top of a bin in the back garden on my post office tracking photo, I messaged out of urgency and although good mannered proceeded to tell me it was the house next door to the office (unfortunately I knew this was a lie as google maps exist) but I let it pass.
My order was delivered back to me without any contact to arrange or let me know, spit into 2 packets of 5 slabs with random brown paper on top instead of around them
None of my sleeves or protectors where returned to me and the sad thing is that my card would of been safer to keep in those sleeves at this point due to the following:
- Cases are Temu bought or equivalent, can pop open and close without any damage to the case!
- Cards are also not sleeved inside and rattle around so cards that I sent off that were 90 are now scratched all over and not worth re-grading elsewhere!
Awaiting a reply from them now but I'm not optimistic of seeing any sort of refund, let alone compensation for the damages caused...

Update: To add insult to injury, all cards QR codes take you to the search bar on the website, type in the number given and every single one is "Not found on the database."

Hi Jason, thanks for your feedback, please allow me to address a few points in your message as its your first time grading in the community.
Tracking- We emailed you ourselves and Royal Mail emailed to confirm completion of the order. You didn't leave a contact number at checkout either as Royal Mail also use the text tracking service so email was the only method of contact.
I would at this point make you aware as it is your first time grading that grading companies don't return any top loaders/sleeves/semi-rigged. If you wanted them returned you could have asked in the comments section but without comment from yourself we processed as normal as this is normal process for all grading companies. We recycle 100s per week so would not have been an issue to send them back and saved us on recycling.
All our slabs are UK purchased via VAT registered distributors. All slabs are ultra sonically welded to seal them. We have completed over 2000+ slabs since incorporation and this is the first we have had feedback that the slabs aren't sealed. With regards to sleeveless cards encapsulated, this is also a grading standard within the grading community. Some companies do and some don't, there are pros and cons for doing either its just our choice to go this way as the positive out weighs the cons. This is not something just Total Grading do, lots of grading companies remove the sleeve prior to encapsulation including PSA. We are aware its your first grading order so please bear this in mind when submitting to other grading companies. They will be encapsulated without sleeves.
We have checked the submission results and they are showing in our records and on the website.
We will issue a full refund for the grading services on this occasion as a gesture of goodwill and please appreciate the points above in mind when next grading.
