Avoid Totallee
Avoid Totallee, especially if you’re ordering from outside the US.
We ordered a couple of phone cases to Spain on March 16. They shipped via USPS with no tracking at all.
Two weeks later, we received a letter saying we had to drive 20 minutes to pick up the package.
My girlfriend went to collect it, waited for 2 hours, and was then told she had to pay import fees to receive it.
She tried to pay by card, but the post office only accepts cash. She didn’t have any, and she also doesn’t have a card that allows ATM withdrawals.
So she came back home. The next day, I emailed them to explain the situation and asked if they could simply deliver it to our home address instead.
They replied saying they aren’t responsible for import fees, which is apparently mentioned somewhere in their terms and conditions.
I then asked for a refund since they’ll likely end up receiving the product back anyway. They said they would issue a refund minus the shipping costs once the items are returned.
Here’s a tip: if you’re going to sell internationally, why not just handle import duties upfront for your customers? They use Shopify, which has plenty of one-click apps that automatically calculate and collect import duties at checkout. This is also a service offered by most major shipping companies.
We’ve already spent hours dealing with this over two phone cases that probably cost them about $2 to make…
Poor quality and terrible after sales support
The cases are of exceedingly poor quality - mine cracked after a month normal use. As others experienced, it also seems to stretch and become loose over time. When I contacted totallee for a replacement, they wanted to charge me $16.99USD to ship a replacement. As I’m in Australia that is a ridiculous expense and I won’t be seeking a replacement with another low quality product.
Absolutely terrible. DO NOT BUY!
This is a really bad product. I bought the first one last August and after a few months the case became warped and stretched somehow and it eventually becomes too big for the phone so it rattles around in the case and gathers dust and other particles which then end up grating against the phone. They sent me a "free" replacment that I still had to pay $15USD for. I've had the replacement now for around 2 months and exactly the same thing has happened again. It's completely unusable and a huge waste of money. DO NOT BUY!
Fantastic customer service experience
Fantastic customer service experience. I made a snafu and was afraid I would have to provide all this extra information and it would be a hassle.
They answered in under 24 hours and took care of my problem asap without any issues.
Shipping sucks
Don't bother when buying from outside of the US. They're shipping is a mess!
Terrible quality
Terrible quality, low grade, does not worth of anything. Not even a $1. Return policy is totally garbage. 1 stay even has a value to me. They don’t with of anything. Be aware of this product.
Horrible customer experience
Horrible customer experience.
4 cases deliverered with the wrong shape. Customer care acknowledged the mistake and put me in a never ending loop. Probably the way to avoid refund. Not serious a company. I've paid 100 pounds for cases and they don't care!
Totallee Cases Are a Total Letdown
Totallee Cases Are a Total Letdown – Poor Fit, Worse Durability, and Unhelpful Customer Service
I bought two Totallee cases — one for my iPhone 16 and one for my partner’s iPhone 16 Pro Max — and both have been an absolute waste of money.
Right out of the box, they didn’t feel right. The edges were oddly sharp, almost as if they hadn’t been properly moulded. The fit was questionable from the start — not what you’d expect at this price point. Within just a few months, both cases began to loosen noticeably, and not just one — both of them, at the same time. This clearly points to a design flaw or poor-quality materials.
When I contacted Totallee, they did offer to send replacements, but insisted I pay for shipping. Why should I cover the cost of replacing products that were never fit for purpose in the first place? I refused — and rightly so.
Now, just a few months later, both cases have literally fallen off our phones. They don’t grip, don’t protect, and are no longer usable in any meaningful way.
Terrible quality. Terrible value. And disappointing customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid Totallee cases — ours failed completely, and the company made us feel like we should pay to fix their mistake. Absolutely not worth it.
The screen protector is terrible
The screen protector is terrible. Dust particles under the screen in spite of following all directions. The case was inadequate to protect the phone and screen. I’ve replaced enough screen savers to know. Returning. I better receive a full refund. Shipped back at own expense.
Slippery no more
The iPhone 16 Pro desert titanium is beautiful to look at, but slippery to hold. With the Totallee clear case, it's still beautiful to look at, but no longer slippery to hold. The product is exactly as described. Plus the customer service people are great.
Great look and idea… not worth the price
The case does have a minimal feel and look (as if my phone doesn’t have a case), which is great. However, it’s also very minimal actual phone protection for the price. Dropped it at the gym once from about 2 feet and the case dented. Over time (about a month) it’s also somehow stretched at the corners to be a little loose around my phone. Great idea, not worth the price I paid for the thin plastic phone mold.
Cool case but ..
Super case really thin, I just received it
The only problem is that I had to pay 12€ of customs fee in addition to the 15€ of shipping price … so almost 30€ only for shipping
Got my case super fast and it looks…
Got my case super fast and it looks like in the pictures
I ordered a case for the wrong model
I ordered a case for the wrong model, with me living all the way at the other end of the globe. Totallee sorted me out and sent the right case I needed, hassle-free. The case itself is great quality, precision-fit. I intend to buy my cases from them from now onwards.
I ordered an IPhone 15 Pro clear case…
I ordered an IPhone 15 Pro clear case on 9/17/23 and my credit card was charged. On 9/27/23 I reached out via email to customer support and was told my case would arrive on 10/30/23. My case did arrive on 10/30/23, but the box was empty with no merchandise. I called and left 3 messages and sent 2 emails and have not been contacted. What a scam, do not order from this company!
Delays
I ordered a case mid September for delivery the first week of October. When no case by October 10, I asked and was told delayed 2 weeks. When that deadline arrived I was told "Your Order has Shipped!" when apparently all that actually happened was that a mailing label had been created. It is now October 31 and the case has still not been delivered to the carrier. I can't comment on the quality of the case having never seen it.
Totallee is Not Reliable. Do Not Buy
Order #257646
I am so unhappy reading your reply.
I wish I have a better experience than the one that I am getting for this purchase.
Your reply suggests that I should wait till end of October before you ship my order (a order that you confirmed on 12 September 2023). This means that I will expect to receive the phone cover only in the middle of November 2023.
Buying a phone cover is not all that difficult. I can go out now and get one in less than 2 hours. But for Totallee phone cover, you need me to wait 2 months?
WOW.
As such I want to cancel my order. Please refund the amount of $62.40 to my credit card. You do not deserve my business.
I will call AMEX to follow up on my request to cancel my order. I am so sorry that I will not patronise Totallee any more in the future. Nor any of the people that I know. I will tell them it is not worth to wait 2 months to buy 2 phone cover.

Horrible customer support and negligent marketplace
I ordered my iphone case with international shipping waiting for it to arrive in time for my new iphone. It was delayed, ok that happens no huge problem. Then my iphone arrives and weeks go by, no case. I reach out to them only to be told it hasn't even left USA yet. When I ask why it's taking so long I was basically told "shoulda read the fine print" by customer support.
When it finally does arrive a month after ordering, I had to pay customs tax to receive the package. So they allow for international shipping but don't calculate international taxes when you order, so you have no idea what you actually have to pay. This is ridiculous, every store with international shipping shows the TOTAL price when you buy, including local taxes. Not Totallee.
Can you guess what customer support told me? "shoulda checked the fine print."
This has just gone from a poor, to a horrible experience and I'm ashamed to have supported their business.
Stay away, there's a billion other cases out there with just as much quality, sold by people who know how to run an actual business.
Great company !
The phone case is not to my liking but that a personal choice. It may be suitable to many other users; for the cases you can visit their website. However, I would like to say that their customer service is top top quality; very prompt and will quickly address any concern you may have on your order or quality.
Worst case on the market
Worst case on the market. First one started cracking after a couple weeks. Paid $5.99 on shipping to get 2nd "free" replacement and it cracked after 1-week.
This company and product is TRASH
