Very good work, customer service very good

I was promised a courtesy car from the Insurance company and was really annoyed when the guy from TCM rang to book me in that was weeks after Xmas, even for just an assessment. However he explained that if I went over to their garage that day he would assess the damage and try a temporary fix so that I could carry on using my own car. This I did and he managed to put a mirror on as agreed until my new one was prepped and ready. So within an hour I was driving my own car and when he phoned a week later to book me in for an appointment that took less than 30 minutes. Painless straightforward friendly service

TMC provided an excellent, personal service and I couldn’t fault them. Having explained what a bad time I had had trying to get my car repaired they provided an impeccable service and fixed and cleaned the car to a ‘good as new’ standard.

They did good job of the repair, but the communication was one-way I had to phone them each time I had 3 completion dates I understand that things are difficult at the moment but would say that I would be happier if just phoned or text me to let me know

Shocking company, sons car went in for repair and came back with new damage, TMC refused liability or to repair even though they admitted it wasn’t there when it went in. Also rude and arrogant in responses. Definitely use somewhere else for car repairs.

Recently picked up my Gla from TMC following repair- I must say they did a brilliant job, so pleased with the outcome car looks brand new !! Also I must say the customer service is excellent, they deal with all queries in a very professional manner . Thank you TMC.
