Excellent service received from this garage for the crash repair on my vehicle. Staff very friendly, helpful & professional. Very pleased with the work they carried out and the time in which they got it done. Would use again & recommend.

Fantastic group of people, friendly polite and helpful. These guys repaired my BMW and it looked better than new. They use genuine parts, and are quite quick. So when my Ford picked up some damage, it was a no brainer to send it to them. Practically perfect in every way!

Had to have my van side painted after some vandalism was done quality job couldn’t fault it offered tea and coffee when arrived will use again in the future

after repair had to take car back twice as not repaired right then had to take to have retracked as did not drive right and wore out one tyre . will never use them again

Fantastic garage!!! Wonderful and honest team. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always are kind enough to explain everything to someone who knows very little about cars! Neil at reception is lovely and friendly and Gary was so helpful and expert. It’s a pleasure to use them. They have a welcoming office, coffee vending machine and spotless toilet. As a woman driver, they never talk down to me and I know I’m going to get excellent service, professionally executed, and at a fair price. I’ve been using them for years and they provide an absolutely top-class service. Thank you for keeping me safe and on the road, Total, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I've used total for years and never had an issue, I have also had to use the body work part of total for insurance, again no issues, everything was spot on and they kept me up to date with everything. Couldn't ask for anything more, cheers total!
