I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and it has not been delivered. Lead time stated 3-5 days. After using your ‘chat’ which sent an automated answer saying the order had been ‘fulfilled’ I have since emailed to ask for a refund and have not received a response. Terrible customer service and I will not order from here again! Meanwhile, I’m currently out of pocket for the total cost of my order 😤

Despite the fact that my package was a week late, Total Power Nutrition responded to my email quickly and efficiently. They sent a replacement product to replace the original order, which arrived the next day WITH the original order. Thank you, TPN; excellent customer service will define future purchases.

Great service. Had concerns as hadn’t received a shipping notification, so emailed and had a response within hours. Product arrived the next day, I also then received a follow up email to confirm I had received my item. Top class service

These products were recommended by my personal trainer. The pre workout is outstanding. The first time I used it it was up there, similar to taking speed however now my body is used to taking it, I can focus more on my workout and get in a really good session. It doesn’t stop me from sleeping at night either even if I go to the gym in the later evening. I also use the creatine and their power whey. I did try the Athena however got really bad headaches. It might have been a coincidence but I’m scared to try them again cause they were really bad. I might in the future though.
