My order hasn’t arrived and they don’t respond to emails?

Placed an order on 28/03 and paid the express I had an estimated delivery of 02/04-04/04.
I’ve had no email to say it’s been shipped I’ve sent two emails and contacted them on instagram to which I’ve had no response.

I’ve asked for a refund as I’m not having any responses, awful customer service and still don’t have my order or a refund or just any general communication from the company

Still haven’t received my order which I placed 3 weeks ago.

Tried to contact them by email and instagram and not heard anything

Now requesting a full refund

Got the products eventually but very bad at communicating. Didn't let me know the products were on the way or answering my query emails. Only email I got was to tell me the products had been delivered!!! No phone number either, very frustrating.

I made an order at the start of November which I have not received. I have contacted the company via email and have had no response as well as Instagram. Poor customer service actually no customer service at all just radio silence.

The items arrived quickly however one of my items is missing. I've contacted them twice in the last 7 days and have had no reply

Even though it has taken a while to arrive I have been informed of the delay being a royal mail issue which cannot be helped. I have now received my products

Slow delivery, no updates. Half of the stuff I wanted wasn’t in stock and no real idea when it would be back in stock

Whey protein- Chocolate brownie

My order arrived really fast which was lovely. The taste is great but I don’t think it’s the right flavour? The tub says chocolate brownie but the powder contents tastes like vanilla. Not sure if there was a mix up?

Still lovely though 😁

Item not arrived and noone is answering my emails to advise where it is….

Also no contact number for you
