Sorted out problems immediately and even upgraded the shed for free as compensation. Boys erected shed pleasant and polite. So pleased with the swiftness of sorting out problem.

Guys arrived on time and on agreed date, they were polite, cheerful and very efficient. My 12 x 7 shed was up in no time. Very happy with the quality and price, together with the fact that whereas other suppliers were quoting delivery in 6 months, mine was delivered and erected in 7 weeks. I only downgraded to 4 stars as the office is very difficult to get hold of. (phone not answered and ebay message ignored)

Ordered a 16x10 Log Cabin and I would like to say what a fantastic experience I had.
From booking the cabin to it being delivered and fitted by two gentlemen who were not only very efficient but also gave me advice on how best to treat and maintain my cabin which I very much appreciated.

Received my 10x7 Summerhouse today, the product looks great and the fitters were very polite. The glass was broken on one of the windows and they replaced it there and then. Will be buying from you for my parents house soon.

Delivered on time and day that was organised, came a little before 12o/c took the 2 guys about 45 mins from unloading to fully erected summer house, they were really fast as I guess ready to move on to their next customer, plus the rain adding to the fact they work in all weathers, got my summer house and more then happy with, only waited 12 weeks as some companies had a waiting list of more then 6 months, plus the pricing was more then reasonable compared with others
The only downside was the fact that they are really hard to contact if needed either phone or email
But on plus points I got my summer house when they said, good value

The quality of the shed construction and materials used made for a well built substantial building. The workmen were well organised polite and helpful in placing and assembling the shed. Ensuring everything aligned correctly and the finished assembly was neat and the work area tidy. The order process was simple and the order was completed on the date and confirm time. It’s been ten years since I last built a shed so it was with some trepidation I ordered my 7 x 8 Pentland from total sheds. All round space was not possible and as I wanted to thoroughly treat my shed with an oil based solution first, I decided to erect it myself. Either I have developed a level of expertise over the years or they are so well made it all fit together like a dream, great quality materials, easy to deal with, delivered on time by friendly helpful staff.

What Fantastic shed. A summerhouse 10x8 with a great solid floor.
Looks amazing.
The gents errected and finished it with no fuss or bother, just where I wanted it. No mess or drama. Well done boys.

Dog kennel delivered on time (exactly) by two friendly chaps who made a very quick job of unloading. Impressed with this, especially during lockdown.
Dogs very happy with their new sleeping place; we found putting the kennel up quite easy, very happy with the whole process
