TotalVPN never worked properly. It kept disconnecting and even cut off my internet. The cancellation process was confusing and hard to find, and they refused to give me a refund. Very unprofessional service. I’ve switched to NordVPN, which works perfectly.

Complete SCAM. They captivate you with some free trial offer or super cheap trial subscriptions for like 1.99 € for example. You authorize the first payment and the system seems stuck like is not responding and the only way to make you move forward is a button that says upgrade. You click on it and still does not respond , so you click again. Eventually the new window opens up but you ended up subscribing and authorizing further payments to all sort of plus. I had 6 additional charges that started popping up on my screen from my bank stating payment had been authorized for 23 euro then 39 euro then 29euro and 39euro again until I had to block my card to make it stop. I wrote to them but of course there is no direct chat or assistance so I guess my 132 euro are just gone for a f@(&(;€ING month subscription

I live in Cyprus these days but recently have a need to log on to a British website that is geotagged. Being outside the uk I couldn’t but now I have ‘Total vpn’ installed I’m logged on and working. 100% successful, thanks.

installation was a breeze and a extremely competitive price. the only downside is that it cannot be installed on Google streamer 4k or chromecast, which makes it useless for me. as long as you don't have those items then it's a great service

the antivirus and vpn work. However the VPN's connection is spotty and disconnects frequently or refuses to connect at all.
