Total VPN looks less like a security…
Total VPN looks less like a security company and more like a billing trap.
I was charged €19 for a service that never worked due to their own technical problems. I was promised a refund and never received it. Since then, they have repeatedly tried to charge me again — €99 or $57, depending on the day, apparently — for a service I never activated and never used.
Support was useless and simply told me to cancel the account myself, while the company kept trying to take more money anyway.
This is either extreme incompetence or something much worse.
Do not trust this company with your money or your data.

Very hard to get in contact with a REAL…
Very hard to get in contact with a REAL person. I may have solved the problem in a roundabout way but it was so frustrating!
In the end I got an email with instructions but that did not 100% solve the issue!
A more user friendly way for customers would be appreciated

Request for Refund no Actioned
I found the system was clunky requiring the use of several individual apps. I decided to use a different provider and have requested a refund as per the advertised 30 day refund request. There is nowhere in the help section to request a refund. My emails to customer support have not been read correctly and none of the responses have dealt with my request for a refund - so I am still waiting….. I feel I have been duped and the company is wasting my time. Extremely disappointed and frustrated - beware!
