I must have misunderstood "authentic" Seiko replacement strap" and "genuine" Seiko watch bands in the advertisement. I thought I was ordering an identical original watch band replacement. The watch band I received was the same style but the number of eyelet holes was different than the original watch band. The original watch band had 10 eyelet holes. The band I received only had 7 eyelet holes. I have a small wrist and had to punch a hole in the new watch band so I could wear it.

Product was great! Shipping was fast, and everything was exactly as described.

The watch band was available, when other suppliers said it was not, and came in the manufacturer package.

I needed a replacement watch band replacement for a 10 year old Eco-Drive Citizens watch. As it turns out finding the band was difficult to locate. I finally located the correct band from TOTAL WATCH REPAIR. Although they were out of stock they put me on a notification list and was notified the band was back in stock and I received it a few weeks later. I must have searched through a dozen different sites until I located the band I needed. My sincere thanks for your excellent service.

Service was very good. I did have to return the item. The pictured item was not what I received. I did receive a prepaid return label for the refund.

Band was back ordered 8 weeks on Citizen website and was $30 more. Total watch repair had it available and shipped within minutes of ordering. I received it in a couple of days. I am very pleased with Total Watch Repair!

I've had this watch ( Sea Hunter ) for about 20 years and for some reason forgot about . anyway I sent it to Totalwatchrepair they fixed it like a New Watch . I will con6 useing them from now on . Thanks guys
