Disappointed so far

According to the email confirmation from Tote it says order before 17:00 next day delivery. So far I have not received a notification that my order has been shipped. I send an email to Tote and so far no reply. So disappointing.

Truly satisfied with Tote

Fantastic experience.
I was looking at these items for about 2 weeks prior to purchasing.
Bought myself a bundle in the Black Friday deals, and customer service team were very quick to respond with my query regarding a tiny little discounting issue. Sorted within 24 hours.
Bags are gorgeous, black tote bag and green duffle bag. Loads of space, great quality and lovely overall appearance.

There were issues but they were solved

I ordered a bag at their Black Friday sale on the 28th of November and therefore expected things to take a little longer with delivery. I purchased GLS fast shipping to try and compensate for that a little bit as I was about to move.
I waited almost two weeks to hear back from TØTE when I contacted them regarding my order not moving at all. When they reached out to me I did receive a very pleasant service from Anna who could tell me that my order was lost but immediately offered me a replacement bag (unfortunately the colour I had purchased wasn’t available anymore so I got a choice of the remaining colours) and an extra bag as compensation for the trouble with my order. She swiftly put in the new order for me and updated my address as I had moved in the meantime. It took less than two days for my new order to arrive and I’m very happy with both bags and the quality of them. So I was disappointed to begin with but their customer service when I got a hold of them - along with the bags themselves - has turned me from a dissatisfied customer to a happy one.

Amazing customer service!

After receiving the ALTA Tote Bag I had bought last month, I felt as if the actual live color differed from the color advertised on the website (brighter than expected). I contacted customer support regarding this situation and asked if I could replace it. Although it took them a while to respond due to "higher volume of inquiries" during these holidays, even though the bag wasn't damaged or defective, they gave me their 200% offering me a partial refund or an extra Tote bag. I opted for the extra tote bag and received the amazing news that my order was to be delivered faster than usual due to an improved delivery timeframe. Incredible people, attitude and overall satisfaction with TOTE Label. Thank you for everything!

No support and no update

I've wanted a bag from TØTE for a long time. I ordered one on Black Friday and haven't received any updates on the delivery since then. It's been 12 days and I haven't been able to reach anyone at TØTE for days, either via the support channel, email or Instagram. The lack of customer support is frustrating and I just want an update.
I think it's a real shame, as I was really looking forward to this order.

I'm thrilled with my SIV tote bag

I'm thrilled with my SIV tote bag. It goes everywhere with me every day. You have to love one large compartment, which can hold a lot and therefor sometimes you have to search for what you need. The inside pockets are small; they could have been a bit bigger, but since I always put everything in the main compartment anyway, that doesn't really matter to me. The olive green color is fantastic, and the strap is nice and wide, making it comfortable to wear. I'm a happy person!

The quality and utility of the bag is so good definitely what I expected the only thing i would suggest it to make the tote bag with a zipper it would be even more secure and anti pickpockets 😁

I am extremely disappointed with TØTE

I am extremely disappointed with TØTE. My order #55789 was supposed to be delivered on November 28th. It is now overdue, and the tracking (LA252934352NL) has been stuck since November 26th.

What makes this unacceptable is the total lack of customer service. I have sent emails and reached out via Facebook Messenger, but I am being completely ignored. No replies, no updates, just silence.

It is unprofessional to take a customer's money and then ghost them when issues arise. Avoid this company if you value your peace of mind.
