This is my first Trustpilot review, solely because of how poor this experience was. I placed an order on Nov 30th (Black Friday) and paid ~€10 extra for "fast priority delivery," expecting a 2-day turnaround. Instead, it took 31 days to arrive.
Communication was non-existent. I didn't get tracking info until Dec 27th, and support never replied to my emails. To top it off, the delivery was messy: one item came to my door, while the other was dumped at a pickup point because they claimed I "wasn't home", even though I was there receiving the first part of the order.
Finally, the pricing feels like a scam. I bought these during Black Friday thinking I was grabbing a deal, but checking the website now, the regular prices are actually lower than the "discounted" price I paid.

I missed the original delivery of the parcel, and I was not informed by the postal service. TØTE re-shipped the bag free of charge. The product itself is as advertised, good quality, and good storage – just what I needed. TØTE was responsive and very helpful.

Ordered a bag and after first day of using the seam started to tear apart. Sent an email explaining and received a reply almost straight away telling me they’ll send me a new bag! Amazing customer service and super quick! Other than the tear, the bag is amazing. Love the style and how convenient it is!

Their return and refund process is extremely difficult. You have to pay for the return yourself, provide the tracking code, and then repeatedly send that tracking information to them. Even when the courier system shows the package was delivered, they still make you wait and ask you to follow up again and again.
For a simple return and refund, I have already sent more than 10 emails. This practice is not reasonable and may not be lawful. I’m sharing this to warn others: do not buy bags from them. If anything goes wrong, you may spend months arguing just to get your money back. It has been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund.

Two weeks ago I placed an order and since then I have contacted customer service multiple times by email. Every time I only receive automated replies that don’t answer my questions at all.
I paid €60 and instead of real support, I received an email asking how I’m enjoying my order — which is not even resolved yet. Very unprofessional.
No proper communication and no help at all. Not a good experience.

Feel scammed. Paid £81 for bags, got a confirmation email. No bags arrived. No tracking email as promissed. No reply to 3 emails. Although they continue to email offers.
Now having to dispute sale with bank. Don't bother unless you fancy the run around.

I placed an order on 2 December (order #61981). After a week, after sending several messages asking when I could expect my order (I wrote on Instagram, sent emails, sent a message using the form on the company's website), I received a reply (9th December) that one of the bags was out of stock and that they could send the two that were in stock and send the one that was out of stock later, and in this case I would have to pay additional shipping costs for the one that would be sent later.
I replied asking when the third bag was expected to be available. I was told that it was difficult to say, but they expected it to be shortly after Christmas. In that case (10 December), I wrote that I want to cancel the entire order and asked for it to be cancel, before shippment. I received a proposal that they could waive the additional shipping costs for split shippment. On 11 December, I repeated that I did not agree and that I was asking for the entire order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded.
And suddenly, on 12 December, the entire order was shipped, which is a very strange and suspicious move. It is very unpleasant when you ask a customer about the possibility of a different form of shipping, in this case separate shipping, after receiving a response that they are cancelling the purchase, and then shipping the entire order overnight. Besides, you mislead customers by saying that something is not available and then suddenly it is available when the customer informs you that they are cancelling the order. I did not want this order.
When the order arrived at 15th december (which I had already paid for), I wanted to see what the bags looked like. The bags I received from you are really poor quality and look different from the photos. The linings inside are very artificial and I find that very annoying. I asked for the order to be returned again (16th December).
In this situation, the company wrote that they care about the environment and that if I want, I can return the order at my own expense, completely ignoring the fact that I had already reported that I was cancelling the order.
I want to return these products to you as soon as possible and I do not want to have anything more to do with your company. Very poor customer service, misleading, charging additional costs, endless delays in responding, very poor quality of the products they sell, difficulties and delays in the purchase and return process. I strongly advise against using this company; stay away from them, very bad expiernce. IT’s a scam, It’s not truthworthy company!! Be aware. They do not refund any order and they dont want to solve problems properly.Still don't get any advise how can I refund money. They cheat people out of their money.
