Amazing customer service, they resolved my problem really quick.

Great customer service!

The bag looks great and the service is excellent.
Shortly after purchasing the bag, one of the snap buttons broke. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement bag along with a gift card. This solution truly reflects outstanding customer service.

Issue resolved with excellent customer support

I originally bought a beige SIV bag and its buckle seal tore within a week of fairly normal use. Given the price, I expected better quality. I initially reached out via Instagram and didn’t receive a response, which was frustrating.

However, after posting my review, the company contacted me and handled the situation exceptionally well. Their customer support team followed up quickly, sent me a replacement bag, and kept me updated throughout the entire process to make sure everything was resolved properly. I even received a personal call from the CEO to apologize and ensure I was satisfied with the outcome.

While the original issue was disappointing, I truly appreciate the way the company took responsibility and resolved it. Their customer care and attention to making things right turned my experience into a positive one.

Good customer service

After two successful orders, this time we received a bag that quickly turned out to be damaged. I sent an email and received a response within an hour. A new bag was shipped the same day and we received it the following day. This new bag looks good and has no damage.

I ordered a bag, the quality is poor and it’s just ugly. I waited a month for the refund. Extremely incompetent people. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I ordered black SIV tote and it was great I was very pleased with the bag. It looks good and is made with high quality materials. After one day of carrying it I noticed that the strap is a little torn but after I wrote to support I received a replacement. Very nice customer service. Great bag, lovely service

Love the bag, love the service. I got the ALVA bag and the storage space is amazing. It fits everything and is so easy to carry around. And it really is waterproof - I was stuck in the rain and had 0 issues. It sadly came with a small rip inside which I didn't notice until a bit later. Since I didn't notice it immediately, I didn't expect much from notifying customer service, but they went above and beyond. Within 2 days of notifying them, a new bag was shipped, and by day 3 the bag had already arrived. They were friendly and helpful too!

Definitely coming back when I need a new bag :)

I bought the SIV bag. The delivery was longer than typical, but within acceptable time, so there always could be improvement there, even though it’s still completely fine. I use it as a daily bag and it absolutely met my expectations - spacious and lightweight but can manage heavy load, great design and shape, good material that does not easily get damaged, dirt comes off easily, it’s keeping your things dry in rain. I like the overall quality of the craftsmanship.

Nice design and top service:)

First of all, the bags look really nice! Second, when I received my order, I discovered some damage and emailed them about it. I expected it to be difficult, but they were so understanding. Within two days they replied and let me know that they were happy to send me a new item so I could still enjoy the product. I found them to be very considerate, which I very much appreciated, so I can 100% recommend.

Love my new bag!

The bag is great quality and I use it everyday! It has more than enough space for my student life (laptop, notebooks, lunch, etc) and also for gym sessions (clothes, towel, shoes, etc). My order was a bit late and before I could even reach out to customer support they wrote an email saying they’re sorry for the delay and it’s on its way… Overall a great experience with amazing staff!
