Amazing communication from Megan from the moment of purchase until delivery! My daughter wanted a stitch booster seat for the car, and these guys delivered, when every other store were out of stock!

I would definitely use this company again as the service was excellent. Communication was very good I was kept informed as to when delivery would be. Delivery was within a few days of ordering.I am very pleased with the stroller

Having recently purchased a Stroller from Tots on the Move, I was pleasantly surprised to get a follow up email to thank me for my order and to give me a contact should there be any problems.

Delivery was super quick and I had my order within 48 hrs. I even has a call to see if there was anything that I needed any help with - 5* service - Amazing!

When I unpacked my stroller i realised I had ordered to wrong ‘extra pack’ and was missing the travel bag, the main reason for ordering as we were going away. After an email to Tots on the Move, I had a call from the Sales Director. I explained what had happened and he then spoke with Ickle Bubba and arranged for the missing item to be sent to me. I could not of asked for better customer service, delivery or follow up service.

Fantastic customer service. The double pram I ordered was delayed, I had a phone call and email the next day to let me know what was happening and they also offered me a different colour too.

Five star customer service.! Communication was great from the minute I placed my order, i literally had a call within the hour to say the travel system would be dispatched the next day. No issues whatsoever, it arrived 2 days later in perfect condition. Highly recommend.,,!

5⭐️ Tots on the Move

My order took longer than expected, but it arrived in time, Yeah. The customer support team were very helpful and helped to track my order down and kept me updated. All in all, I was very pleased with the teams response and because of this, I will probably use Tots on the Move again.

If all companies were the same as this company then life shopping through the internet would be a breeze. On the ball and kept up to date with delivery and I even received a call to check if I was the buyer. Well done and I hope your business continues to be a success.

Absolutely on the ball. Very quick delivery and the product is fantastic., I had to go back and ask for a receipt to be sent as I couldn't find the original and this came back straight away. Very impressed.

Great service ! I received an email straight away to tell me it was going to be delayed by a week and did I want refunded , it was only delayed 3 days great pram and came very quick .

I placed an order for a product on the 19th of November, with the expected delivery date being the 21st. Despite receiving a notification claiming the delivery had taken place (which it hadn't), I contacted the customer service team promptly on the 22nd. They called me back twice that day, providing updates and assuring me that the item would reach me by the end of the week (by the 24th).

However, the item did not arrive on the 24th. I attribute this delay to the delivery company rather than Tots.

As of the 27th, I have now received my item (although I haven't yet checked everything is in the box)!

I am giving 5 stars because, upon expressing my concern, the customer service was commendable. Additionally, I believe the company went to great lengths to ensure the delivery of my product, considering it was out of stock nationwide.

My only suggestion is that Tots consider revising their delivery estimates, especially during busy periods. If I had been quoted a week for delivery initially, I wouldn't have had any concerns.

So I believe the actual experience wasn't 5 stars but weighing all factors including price, the fact I didn't need the stuff until January really etc. I have given them 5 stars.

Amazing customer service. Had an issue with the site purchasing an item, the sales director reached out to help and quickly resolved the issue. He then kept me upto date with my parcels progress. Worth shopping with this company on that alone
