We have just returned from a week in martinhal in Portugal which we booked through Tots Too. We went with our 3 year old and 4 month old, our first family holiday the four of us. We spent a long time on deciding which villa we wanted and decided on villa 32 as we were close to the facilities and we could all sleep on the same level. We had this in writing and booking confirmation from Tots Too. When we arrived at the resort they were not aware we had booked villa 32 as there had been no communication from Tots Too to confirm this. We had to stay in a different villa for the first night which was on the outskirts of the resort and bedrooms were on different levels which I really didn't want as I had to be separated from the children. We couldn't unpack our things as we had to repack in order to move the next day. This meant we missed a day of our holiday by the time we checked in to the correct villa the next day.
The lady who booked our holiday (Naz) had got several details wrong in our booking prior to this, including the dates and was generally very unhelpful.
We have booked with other family travel companies before who have been fantastic, but it just seemed as soon as Tots too received our payment they didn't want to help. We got no further emails from them or help. My husband even rang them to sort out the seats for the flight and the lady said we had to sort it out ourselves! There was just no service. I expected more after paying thousands for our first family holiday just the four of us. We won't be using Tots Too again.

We have booked a holiday for June 2016 at the Borgo Egnazia. Helen worked with us to help us book and she was fantastic. We went backwards and forwards with endless e-mails trying to find a combination that would work for our 4 year old and 15 month old and nothing was too much trouble. She was endlessly cheerful and helpful. Can't recommend enough!!

Going through the booking process with Tots Too was a real pleasure. Efficient and totally 'non-salesy', there was no pressure to make decisions and I felt we got honest advice, even when it meant less money going to the company. Just hope the holiday lives up to the process!
