If I could give ZERO star rating I would. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED BRACELETS SUN/MOON BACK IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY. It is now June and they ignored all 4 of my refund requests and no instructions provided for a refund. Emails kept going around in circles wanting to troubleshoot when that isn't what I was requesting. They are quick to charge your card and send faulty items, or you don't receive your shipment, or you are ignored when requesting a refund.
For refunds reach out to your financial institution and let the bank deal with them. Don't waste your time. This is not a reputable company you want to do business with.

I ordered two bracelets for my daughter and I to keep close.
They arrived but never worked and I have been repeatedly ignored when I have asked for a refund.

The website is a total Scham set up from Hong Kong Providence to collect information and not send products or goods under claims such as "you did not order it here, wrong order numbers, shipping errors, and more. We tested this in May with a simple order of $39.00 at first it seemed legit, 9 weeks later customer support refused to accept the order number off their site directly, claimed they did not send a confirmation off their IP directly, and refused refunds.

Sketchy business practice regarding refunds. Take your money elsewhere.
Have been in contact with them since February to receive a refund for items that were never delivered. They have refused to refund the items until they receive them as returns... well, if I never received the bracelets it doesn't come as a surprise that the shipping company they use lost them during the return as well. They have asked me to be the one to request documents from the shipping company to confirm the item is lost.. the company's phone number doesn't work and they have not responded to the email I sent. You would think this would be on the company who sent the items to fix rather than on the customer.
It's unfortunate that I have spoken with FOUR different customer service reps, and each of them refuses to refund. Totwoo's own phone number seems to not work, as I have not been able to have a call go through every time that I've tried. I receive "sorry we're busy" and it hangs up with no answering machine.
I see in other comments that they have replied that they have been operating with integrity, but if they were, they would have policies in place that demonstrate integrity. They do not value good customer support and happy customers.
Totwoo I would be happy to take this down if you can please finally resolve the issue of refunding my items after 3 months of requesting it and make it easier on customers going forward.

Update sent them proofs and receipt and screenshoot everything still never heard back from there so called email sherry@totwoo litta rubbish to contact them and sort it since the reply on here from them robbing jakes its now 8th june,if i could give zero stars i would terrible company ordered on 18th april still never received my bracelets still sitting on not shipped it is now 22 may take your money and runnn these suppliers are scammers

I purchased bracelets for me and mysufe. All was well till mine broke. I contacted customer service and was sent a message stating that I qualify for a replacement. I was excited. I paid for the shipment. It's been over a month and no response from several emails. So, don't waste your money or time. Thought is nice, till you can't use them.
Will update if anything changes, but I doubt it. Will leave a review each week (Sunday ) till resolves.

I received two love bracelets- I did not order them - I have repeatedly asked for the name or bank name associated with the Mastercard that the bracelets were purchased with & get the same response- just my shipping info - I’m very concerned that someone has opened a Mastercard in my name - Totwoo has not been helpful with my inquiry - CAUTION!!!

Update: I was able to connect with customer service and have finally gotten my bracelets. They are beautiful! 5 stars for the bracelets, and overall 3 stars due to the communication and shipping delay.
Original: I still haven't received my bracelets. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery and they haven't shipped 9 days after ordering. They were supposed to be a going away present, and now, they won't arrive in time. The customer service bot is a joke. You can't speak to a real person through there, only through email. I still haven't received an email response.
The product could be fantastic, but if you can't get it, or answers, it's worthless.

This company is filled with the most incompetent people from the ordering to shipping to returns. I simply ordered bracelets from them. They sent the wrong item. I contact them via phone. They tell me to email. I emailed. They ask for 1 million photos to prove they sent the wrong items. I had to send these photos multiple times. Because they wanted me to pay for the shipping to return the item that was wrong back to them. It has taken a week of emails! And I still have NO shipping label and I am now to the point where I don’t even want to deal with these incompetent employees. I will not order from them and I will not recommend them to ANYONE!

The bracelets are faulty both and I am currently in the process of getting a refund. The customer service is infuriating and many will reply back with no solution and repeating what the other person says. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

As a non binary person, when a glitch causes the app to misgender me repeatedly before switching back to my preferred gender, totwoo has been pretty upsetting to try to us :(
Also like... I can't just be allowed to be androgenous? There are only men and women to these developers I guess.

This product DOES NOT work. It just vibrates all the time when your partner hasn't done anything. It will buzz back to back to back 16 times and your partner either hit it once or not at all, and that's if you can even get it to connect. Customer service is worthless, they will tell you to do things and even when those things don't work they will keep repeating the same thing.

Shipped to Germany, somehow was in flight for 4 days and then landed, got put through customs, sent out for delivery, marked as delivered (and signed for) when Hermes didn't even knock the door, said put in safe location (none was given) marked on the app as last name for where it was, Totwoo said to just contact Hermes, no contact back, thought they would help chase this up.

Absolute rip off, over £100 for a pair of cheap bracelets. There's nothing about the experience or product thats worth more than £20 for the pair. Needs the app on you phone to work and for the device to be in Bluetooth range so why not send a text or a WhatsApp with a picture. Cheap bracelet with ugly multi colour LED, blue,red and white that vibrates that's all it does. The led colour signifies the sentiment that's it so most of it is up to your imagination

At first the bracelets were a GREAT idea, not even a few days into having them I noticed my mountain wasn’t lighting up, along with some other issues so I contacted them to which they said that the mountain ones have an issue with the back lighting board (why continue to sell when you know they’re not working) they offered me a ring as an apology, I responded with questions and heard nothing for over 1/2 months now. I have since emailed again to which they’ve stopped responding, if it was a £20 item then sure but it was over £100 and they know there are issues but refuse to fix or reply to the actual issue.
**despite the feedback below, I did speak to somebody and got nothing back after the complaint, so I have not re-ordered anything from the company neither have I raised the issue again as my initial issue stated was not resolved**

Right so .... i got these befofe i had read any reviews - I am In the UK so naturally i got terrified and ready to call mt bank to refund just in case however my 2 candy band things arrived within 7 days as a precaution i gave one to my partner early just to test if they worked and so far they work brilliantly absolutely no complaints admitadly the app and use could be better ie not needing all the constant settings on like location etc otherwise easy setup good quality great presentation in their box - For Now i would totally reccomend however if anything goes wrong in the future i will update this review - I am just a normal guy from lancashire England so rest assured this review isnt a paid for one or some mad fake its just my truth for now.
