I love the concept

I love the concept. However it's so disappointing they require a phone for each bracelet. I purchased one for myself and my daughter who doesn't have a phone so we are not able to use the bracelets as we wanted to.

Totwoo bracelets best thing I bought

I bought 2 Totwoo bracelets for my wife and I for Valentines Day. Well we both love them. They arrived on time and were exactly what I expected and a little more. They were easy to connect to our phones too. We haven't stopped using them. We even use them just across the living room at home. We are 62 and 59 so they are not just for young people. They're best when we are separated for a short time. I Iove it when my wife
activates my bracelet when we're not together. Thank you Totwood great product and I would highly recommend them to everyone

My niece purchased these for us and…

My niece purchased these for us and hers never stays connected and it doesn’t hardly work and the band broke a week after she got it. We were very excited to get these as her and I are very close but I must say we’re very dissatisfied quality of the product for the price that we paid and there’s no support person that we can talk to about troubleshooting for hers so we’re just out the money that makes no sense

Save your money

This bracelet for how expensive is sucks. Please don’t give this company money. My boyfriend’s bracelet literally just doesn’t work at times and the lighting only lights half of the bracelet. They said that it doesn’t affect operation so it doesn’t matter. We paid so much money just for it to not work. On top of that they don’t stay tight and becomes lose so everyday wear is not an option. We were promise 3-5 Business days but my boyfriends came 8 business days later but we didn’t think much of it. Overall, the bracelet is cheaply made, customer service sucks, and more often than not it won’t be on time. I would save your money.

Love it, but

I love this bracelet and wear it everyday. The bracelet comes disconnected from my phone easily, but we have finally figured out the correct order of how to get it to reconnect. The band also is no longer holding and so the bracelet slides and opens up bigger when unwanted, but it is 2 years old.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. The bracelets work about half the time so I wanted a return as soon as I got them. Emailed them and was totally harassed and trolled by the rep who refused to give me a return address the number on their site is out of the country. An absolute nightmare that cost me $150. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Avoid this Company

It is a privilege to post this review…because I want to warn others. Avoid this company.

The product looks nice. It has some features. But the Bluetooth range is so small, one must have their phone on them to use the bracelet…so wearing it to send a message doesn't seem the point.

I asked for a return. That took multiple emails before they agreed to accept a return and issue a credit. Which was supposed to be issued a few days after their receipt of the item back via UPS. But time passed, with unanswered emails requesting it's status. Finally, I realized I needed to enter a dispute with my credit card company. This led to multiple attempts by the company to get me to drop my dispute…after which then they promised they would issue the refund. No way I would do that. Finally, after two months the dispute was settled in my favor. That's what it took to get my money back.

Again, avoid this company.

Did not work as intended

It's all pretty much junk. I ordered 2 bracelets that you can touch and they will ping eachother. But sometimes they won't work, sometimes they do it without me wanting to. Tried to contact customer service and they would t help, probably over seas. These things weren't cheap either, like $180 total. Complete waste and utterly useless. Hope people heed my warnings, I don't want you to make the same mistake I did by buying from TOTWOO

Edit: I don't want anything resolved, I just want my money back and to return these items back. They never worked and had many false responses or vibrating when the button was never pushed.

2nd Edit: thank you very much for your filri belt and quick customer service. My order # was TT61386. If I'm able to return these(I don't mind paying return shipping) I will be very pleased and change my review to 5 stars for your customer service 👍

Takes at least 2 months to ship.

I ordered a pair of necklaces for myself and my girlfriend and could not be any more disappointed with this company than I currently am. I still haven’t even received the product and they are asking me for a review? I placed an order 3 weeks before the date I needed the gift thinking it would be fine since the website says it only takes 3-7 business days. It has almost been 2 months and counting and I still do not have what I paid for. I tried endlessly to communicate with the “support team” that they offer and they decided to make up an excuse instead of offering any kind of compensation and stopped responding when I called them out on it. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with by a mile.

I ordered these bracelets under the premise they’d arrive by Valentine’s Day being that they were advertising Valentine’s Day all over their website and here 3 weeks later from the day I ordered and still no bracelets. Haven’t received an email that they’ve even shipped yet. The website says ships in 3-5 business days. Lies. The customer service email is automated replies and the phone number listed goes right to voicemail every time saying, “Agenting busy, please redial later.” Smells like a scam!!!
